A small cozy hotel with excellent location - quickly get to the main attractions on foot, behind the corner there is a stop of the tram line, walking can be reached even with suitcases to the bus station and 5 min by taxi until the station.
Welcome staff, good service for such a small hotel.
Ideal for those looking for just a place to sleep, decently clean, easy walk to places or short taxi ride from CB old town and Hassan II Mosque.
Zac at reception was friendly and available, nice guy!

Very Good
TTOBISThis was my first time flying Royal Air Maroc, and I had an overnight layover in Casablanca. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because it mentioned train access to the city center. Even though navigation didn't show the route, I found the train station a short walk to the left after exiting arrivals. I bought a ticket to Casa Port from the vending machine for 60 local currency. The last train was supposed to be at 9:55 PM, with one transfer. However, the train didn't show up by 10:20 PM. Staff arranged for us to take a bus to the transfer station. From there, it would have been over an hour's walk back to the hotel, so we waited another 40 minutes on the bus before it finally took us to Casa Port. It was then a 30-minute walk back to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend walking that far at night, especially alone or for women, as I felt the area might not be very safe. So, I opted for an Uber to the airport the next day, which cost 330 local currency, avoiding any haggling with taxis. The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast was good. The next morning, I walked to see the Hassan II Mosque and some nearby attractions. I think more information about transportation options would be helpful.
GGuest UserThe room was just okay, but there were no slippers, and no toiletries like toothpaste or toothbrushes. I stayed twice in total. The first room I had didn't have a hairdryer, but the second room on my return visit did. The main downside is that it's not soundproofed at all; it's incredibly noisy. I couldn't sleep at night because of the constant roar of motorcycles and heavy traffic from the street outside. It's definitely not suitable for light sleepers. The only upside is that it's very close to the airport, making it a good choice for a temporary layover.
GGuest UserStaying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm.
The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free.
Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table!
This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!
GGuest UserWhat is a female driver? The fourth uncle used to drive quickly and look at the mouthwash at the exit. Brother, brother, hurry up, cocoa, cocoa.
YYankit asMy first time in Casablanca, I chose to stay at StayHere Casablanca. I was just looking for a comfortable place to stay, but I unexpectedly gained some warm memories. The hotel itself has a simple yet elegant design, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is convenient. However, what truly impressed me wasn't the facilities, but the staff's smiles and genuine enthusiasm.
Every time I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the staff's sincere greetings. They weren't just polite courtesies, but a genuine concern, like friends curious about how my day was going. During our first meeting, he patiently explained the city of Casablanca to me, from the narrow alleys of the Old Medina to the grandeur of the Hassan II Mosque, and the relaxed vibe of the Corniche. He didn't just provide information; he spoke in a storytelling tone that made me even more excited about the city.
What touched me most was that this warmth wasn't a one-off; it continued every day. Whether I was heading out in the morning or returning at night, he would always greet me with a big smile, asking where I went today and if I discovered anything new. This interaction made me feel less like a lonely traveler and more like I had a familiar friend waiting for me in the city. Each brief conversation added a touch of warmth to my journey.
Finally, we even exchanged Instagrams.
GGuest UserGood stay, polite people. Some good choices for breakfast. Rooms look new, luxurious bed and towels with high quality soap and shampoo. Not sure why we were not provided with daily complimentary water and tea. Near to shops and supermarket so we were able to buy water and any other essentials. Loved Morocco!
XXiaoyuanzihetangyutouOverall, I'm very satisfied. The price was reasonable, and the facilities were modern. I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back. The location is excellent, right on the Atlantic Ocean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful, expansive view. The room looked exactly like the pictures, no differences at all. Regarding facilities, the kitchen cabinet doors were a bit stiff to open and close, but it didn't affect their use. Other kitchen amenities were quite comprehensive, which was a huge help for our family trip and cooking during Ramadan. Initially, I wasn't sure how to use the induction cooktop, but the gentleman at the entrance was very kind and came to help, even though we had a language barrier, we managed to sort it out. Plus, there was a foldable drying rack in the wardrobe, which was very practical and convenient. Finally, they provided a parking spot right outside, on the roadside. Although it wasn't marked, the person in the reflective vest didn't charge us once they saw us parked there.
GGuest UserGood location, good service, continental breakfast, a little old, that's it, sea view room, you can see flocks of seabirds landing on the trees
GGuest UserI was charged twice. I had already paid online via Trip.com, but the front desk couldn't find my payment in their system and demanded cash upon checkout. It's been over a week, and they still haven't processed my refund, even though I've sent photos of the payment receipt five times through the Trip.com chat and via email. My impression of the hotel is completely ruined.
