Da estação Shirahama, você pode pegar o ônibus nº 11 ou 12 para a estação M20 (não me lembro bem).A entrada do hotel fica sob a estação de sopa de pastagem. O ônibus em frente ao hotel também pode ir para Senjojiki, Sandanbi e para a praia de Shirahama. Os quartos do hotel são particularmente bons. Você deve tirar os sapatos ao entrar pela porta do hotel. Somente meias ou pés descalços são permitidos em todo o hotel. A fonte termal é muito boa. Há uma fonte termal particular. Cada uso dura 45 minutos. Basta pegar a chave na entrada da área termal. Se alguém estiver usando é só aguardar na sala de espera. Há misturas instalações balneares para homens e mulheres na área pública de águas termais.É necessário usar o yukata do hotel para entrar.A área de águas termais De frente para o mar, o ambiente é de primeira classe. Além disso, a comida no hotel é de primeira classe. Você deve reservar duas refeições para uma estadia. Se possível, é melhor ficar dois dias.

A clean and relatively modern hotel sitting on top of a hill with a spectacular view of the harbour. There is an indoor/outdoor onsen on the ground floor and free alcohol and snacks from 3 to 5 pm every afternoon! Great value for money, and a great place to relax and ease back into civilisation if you’ve just come out of the mountains after doing the Kumano Kodo.

A private hot spring bath is superb in the room for relaxation. Friendly front desk reception staff Victor is helpful.

Great location of the hotel. The bus station was near, also Lawson and Family Mart were near. The hotel is quite old, but it didn’t bother me at all. It was quite clean and the room was very spacious. The view was incredible! The onsen was very good, especially the one on the second floor. You can lie in the hot water and admire the ocean. And sleeping on tatami is the best. If you are not a fan of sleeping on tatami and a hard pillow, you should choose a Western-style room.

We stayed here the night before we ventured to the Kumano Kodo. It was perfect for this: it’s located right next to the train station which makes arriving by train and leaving by bus quite easy. Also, the restaurants and izakayas are close by so you can have a good evening with your travel companions. The staff was very friendly, the rooms very clean und the breakfast ok. I’d book again!

Não posso recomendar o suficiente para Candeo Hotels Nankai Wakayama!É super conveniente, apenas alguns passos para as linhas JR/Nankai e se os comboios demorarem demasiado tempo para vir, alguns passos mais e você está no intercâmbio de autocarros! O serviço é fantástico, a sala é enorme e o pequeno-almoço é Muito bonito! A lavandaria de moedas é Muito barata, MAS há apenas dois lavatórios e dois secadores para evitar ”hora de pico”, melhor começar cedo ou chegar tarde.É no Mesmo piso que as banhas e, oh meu Deus, o banho de fora à noite no inverno é Muito bom!

I had a wonderful stay at Shirahama Terrace Hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the onsen facilities; they were relaxing and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of Japanese and Western options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirahama.

room is so bigger & onsen is large both is clear and comfortable they have free welcome drink is very nice , as we're so enjoy for this service lobby staff is nice and english communicate is no problem we will choose this hotel again

The hotel is situated at a secluded corner of Wakayama prefecture. It is much preferable to drive here rather than relying on the infrequent hotel shuttle. Public transport is otherwise non existent. There are no restaurants around the hotel. However the hotel provides delicious meals with abundant fresh seafood. The in room dining experience is superb. The hotel staff service is impeccable. The room has a spectacular sea view allowing you to see the sunset on clear days. The onsen also faces the sea which provides a relaxing experience. A downside is that the hotel does not seem to sanitize the slippers for indoor use. All hotel guests had to change to their slippers to access their indoor facilities.

A equipe chinesa deste hotel nos ajudou muito, e a equipe japonesa também ficou muito entusiasmada, ajudando-nos com nossas malas etc. a fonte termal, que era muito confortável e conveniente, organizada pelo hotel O quarto também é muito satisfatório, a vista é boa. Uma pequena desvantagem é que a decoração do quarto é um pouco antiga, mas no geral é satisfatória.
