Arriving at the train station, I found out the shuttle bus for the hotel wouldn't arrive for another 45 minutes, so we opted to walk there. It takes about half an hour but going uphill in the blazing sun was a bit torturous. The driveway is also very steep, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Hotel has a wealth of history. It hosted a lot of famous guests in the early 20th century. Modern hotels are sterile in comparison. It's an old building, so is draughty and full of ancient furniture. This may be a turnoff for some but I found it completely charming.

Splendid lobby on 13/F with best view in the town, convenient parking facility connecting to the hotel at a reasonable price ¥1,100 overnight, close to shops and train station, buffet breakfast with quality. Just need to ask for coffee set at reception, not provided in room and only have chopsticks in restaurant.

Standard exterior and interior design of Fairfield Hotels in all around Japan, that is guest friendly and more sustainable, no gym, restaurant and bar but you can cook frozen food by microwave. Room is not big but good enough for sleeping and rest. Their idea is offering rest place for people likes hiking and natural trails.

部屋はとても清潔で居心地良かったです。 温泉の種類が多く，しかも利用できる時間が長くとても便利でした。 夕食と朝食の作りが美しく，お品書きを確認しながら一品一品味わうことができました。とでも美味しかったです。 ホテルに若いスタッフが多く，みんないつも笑顔で，美しい日本語を熟すことにも素晴らしいと思いました。 近いうちにまた泊まりに行きたいと思っています。

O hotel fica do outro lado da estação Tobu Nikko, então se você vier para Nikko via trens Tobu, este hotel é altamente recomendado. Os quartos são pequenos, mas é o suficiente, e o banheiro tem uma pequena banheira para você mergulhar. O check-in e o check-out são bem tarde e cedo, respectivamente, mas podemos deixar nossas malas no hotel e depois voltar mais tarde para fazer o check-in/out. Há também um café da manhã de cortesia (pão simples, ovo, salada), embora não tenhamos reservado o café da manhã no Trip.com.

ゴルフの前泊で利用しました。 高速インターから近く、佐野アウトレットから車で3分くらいです。 近くにはコンビニもあるので立地はいいと思います。 アメニティは最小限のものだけです。 お部屋にお水やコーヒー、ティーパックなどはないので 飲み物などは買って行かれるのをオススメします。 (一応自動販売機はありますが割高なので) 小さいですが大浴場がありゆっくり出来ました。

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nikko. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious. The hotel's amenities, including a public bath, mini market, vending machines, and a cafe, covered all our needs. Additionally, evening events added a nice touch to our stay. Its convenient location, easily accessible from the train station via bus, made exploring Nikko effortless. The complimentary shuttle back to the train station upon check-out was a thoughtful gesture, rounding off a great experience.

All the staffs are professional, very service oriented and special mention to the room service is super super prompt! Room amenities are luxurious! Bed and blanket is so fluffy! Breakfast portion is huge and fresh. We were able to use the shuttle service for check in and out, only got a cab at the Nikko train station when we return late at around 7pm.

This is an excellent location with ample paid parking around, there are cheaper overnight parking around slightly further down from the hotel's partner parking lots. Rooms were small and cozy with everything you need, staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The bathroom however is rather small and not suitable for elderly. The free breakfast provided in the lounge area is a variety of pastries and breads, you can take one to go as well.
