My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

One of the best hotels we stayed in. Large comfy room with huge window providing great mountain or sea view.
I haven't seen a breakfast buffet with so many options yet, could not try everything but everything we tried tasted great.
Nice pool area, gym would be better could with aircon

Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.

Untuk kebersihan lumayan lah cuma ada sedikit aja bagian toilet.tpi masih nyaman sih digunakan.
Untuk kasur agak ribet ya soalnya kasur nya tipe single,1kamar jdi 2 kasur single.keluarga kecil yg bawa 2 anak balita agak ribet tidur nya kirain kasur nya bisa digeser dijadiin 1 ternyata gak bisa 🤭 kalo untuk lain²nya bagus,breakfast nya enak².

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

LLukman PrayitnoI had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bukit Randu.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a King Room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, the grass and plants outside had grown quite tall, partially blocking the view from the balcony.
The hotel facilities were generally well-maintained and in good condition. One thing to note is that the swimming pool and gym are located in a different building, so guests need to walk outside to access them. During my stay, it was raining, and unfortunately the umbrellas provided by the hotel were not in good condition, which made the walk less convenient.
What really stood out was the excellent service. Shortly after check-in, the receptionist called my room to ensure that the air conditioning was working properly and cooling the room as expected. They also asked if I needed any assistance, which was a thoughtful touch and demonstrated genuine care for guest comfort.
Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a very good experience. The friendly and attentive service, comfortable room, and good facilities made for an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Bandar Lampung.

GGuest UserHighly recommended for those who want to stay overnight and stop by on a flight. There is free airport transfer accommodation. The restaurant is delicious. I have stayed here several times. When you fly in the morning, ask for breakfast at Fakeaway and prepare it in the morning with a box menu of fried rice, capcay noodles and soy sauce chicken. Very satisfied, this place is next to Indomaret, a little ahead of Alfamaret. In front of the gas station. The service was friendly and satisfying. It's just that that day, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom floor when it's wet, even though it hasn't been in contact with soapy water, the floor was very slippery and I almost fell in the bathroom. The rest is okay.

GGuest UserI booked a double-aspect room, and the view was stunning. The room had high ceilings, was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. This is a hotel I'd definitely return to.

My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

AAnonymous UserPersonally, I found the breakfast unappetizing. For a hotel that's supposed to be a bit more upscale, they even charge extra for espresso. There's a convenience store downstairs, but nothing else, which I felt made dining inconvenient and really missed the mark. They even charge for the bottled water on the table? Seriously, are they that desperate for money?

DDoctorMichaelStaying at Radisson Lampung Kedaton was a really pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable for resting after a long day. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall, making it easy to find food, shop, or simply hang out. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business stays in Bandar Lampung ✨
