Our flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again

One night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.

The good side: The hotel’s location is definitely a plus — right in the city centre, lively and convenient to explore nearby attractions.
The bad side: However, one small downside is the washroom drainage. It tends to clog up a little, which can be a bit uncomfortable as it makes you worry about the water backing up, even though it’s not too serious.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

The wifi is not smooth when in the room, while using a phone phone data package, you can't get it in the room.
Had to punch in the lobby because there was a work that had to be solved that night too

TTJ95It's a really nice resort. The resort located near City Centre. They also have best view of all resort located at Sumur Tiga. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. 😊
Need to give the raise for the receptionist. They really done a great job to serve all guests.
Note: (Get the Seaview Bungalow or Beachfront Bungalow) If you want to get the best view, you should sacrifice a room without aircond. But if you really want to have aircond room, you should sacrifice that best view.

EEdan1285Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

Cche norina hassanal bashryUpon checking in I was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

JJack SarawakOverall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.
