The room I booked was like a warehouse, but everyone was very friendly and the other rooms had balconies and a great view. The restaurant is very delicious, so be sure to try it.

Στο δωμάτιο μας δεν δούλευε το τηλέφωνο του δωματίου αλλά μόνο του μπάνιου, η τουαλέτα δεν κλείδωνε, καζανάκι υποτονικό χωρίς μεγάλη ροή, εξαερισμός χωρίς ιδιαίτερη ισχύ που δεν βοηθαγε στην άμεση αποβολή οσμών. Σίδερο δεν μπορούσες να δανειστείς αλλά υπήρχε υπηρεσία που σε χρέωνε ακόμα και το παραμικρό αν ήθελες, δεν μπορούσες να το κανεις μόνος . Το μπαλκόνι μικρό χωρις να χωράει τραπέζι ή καρέκλα με θέα μια πισίνα που ήταν κενή . Το πρωινό ωστόσο είχε τεράστια ποικιλία και ήταν πραγματικά value! Γενικότερα κατώτερο των προσδοκιών για τα χρήματα του.

We stopped over for 1 night for visiting Mystras. The hotel seems more for company events than personal holidays.The room is very spacious. From Asian standard, it may need some upgrades for a 5 star..

The traditionally built Princess Lanassa is in the 300-year-old country home at Kostitsi, North Tzoumerka. It takes its name after the second wife of King Pyrhos of Epirus. WiFi is free in public hotel areas.

Good hotel in the city centre. We stayed for two days but they forgot to clean our room, to change towels, etc! They also refused to upgrade our room with two single beds to a room with a king bed. They offered to somehow join the two beds. But the next day surprisingly they forgot it! The staff is friendly but this is not enough... Next time in Ioannina we will look for other options.

GGuest UserVisited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected.
We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt.
The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory.
Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.

GGuest UserThis lovely boutique hotel is conveniently located in the historic centre of Ioannina city. It is a stone throw away from the lake in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent 4 nights here and will definitely return.

Disadvantages: Cleaning is sub optimal as some mould in the bathroom room .

Mmarcus meyerVery friendly and helpful staff. They speak all the languages. 😅. The location is just across the ferry port, plenty of shops/restaurants around. The room was good and big, all functional a c a balcony too.
Recommend it if you arrive by ferry to start your Greece adventure
