Hotéis com Wifi em Viti Levu Group, Fiji

We chose to stay here for one night as a transit, which helped given our flight was delayed and we were travelling with a toddler. We waited for 30 mins for the free shuttle as we didn’t know we were waiting in the wrong area. They didn’t have a driver waiting with a sign and they didn’t communicate with help desk (we contacted help desk to call the hotel to let them know we arrived) about clear instructions where to meet. Waiting with a toddler wasn’t fun, so would appreciate if you had a driver waiting or check on flight status, despite delay - as I provided them the details or wrote in the email to wait straight ahead, not where the taxis were waiting. Hotel was a few minutes drive from airport. Room was spacious, shower was ok, bed was ok (sheets need bleach as there were old - not fresh dirty marks on it), they didn’t provide free water or filtered water, so we had to buy water. Breakfast was a fair spread. The playground looked great for kids/ toddler but it was raining so we couldn’t use it. Simple things (free water, better communication with shuttle, cleaner sheets) could have improved the experience and that’s why I’m providing this rating,

Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends

Excellent stay. Great customer service, housekeeping staffs are so friendly and infact all staffs are. But the only downfall is carpark. It should be maintained with lights and at least concreted as a proper carpark. Very easy to get robbed in dark and all sand and mud get into the hotel lobby as it sticks on the shoes. I believe the establishment can have a fair view on that. Overall 10/10. Definitely my go to place ..breakfast is lovely a few more selections can be overwhelming and yeah the chefs do need to learn to smile when asked for help . It doesn't cost to smile .

Resort location was good kept very neatly. What we came across was some staffs were very anti towards non White tourists. We pay same amount of money as other tourists we are not local. Some very grumpy workers worked pass with out no Bula  even when we said it ourself but as they see white people they say it to them. Would I return back no because of those some staff attitudes. We have travelled over 50 resorts in Fiji and never came across with this attitude.

Grande lugar para experimentar as pessoas, cultura e serviço fijis reais. O pessoal é amigável e sempre está a fazer algo, com o relvado e a caminhada, Natação, etc. O almoço é Muito bom, o pequeno-almoço é Muito bom e cozinhado para ordenar, elogios Ao Chefe. O jantar também é Muito agradável, o tamanho Da porção é grande e bem recebido. A Sala de jantar é amplamente difundida com Grupos maiores no fundo e indivíduos e famílias no topo, Nunca se sentiu demasiado estrangulado ou sobrecarregado. As quartos não eram grandes, não eram 5 estrelas, MAS não tentaram ser as quartos eram boas matrículas, boas camas de banho, dormendo dentro e fora por algo diferente. Os jardins são excelentes, com o pessoal do jardim, que continua a mantê-los um verdadeiro bônus, que fazem um trabalho maravilhoso. Os funcionários são sempre bons a sorrir e a abrir um chat, todos se ajudam e fazem dele um resort organizado divertido. O pessoal Da Sala que faz maquiagem e quartos limpos são maravilhosos por todo o lugar nada era um chore O ginásio que EU costumava USAR é um pouco de pressão, um treinador e um novo banco de treino, MAS EU fiz o que fiz e ainda fiz o que fiz. Um belo lugar para férias! Não hesite EM reservar, Como depois de alguns dias, você VAI perguntar por que você não reservar Mais tempo Como nós.

Great location as base on the Coral Coast. Express bus from Nadi airport will drop you off literally out front. Front desk staff and manager were outstanding. Super friendly and accommodating to any request. Nice pool with cabana in enclosed courtyard. Nice Fijian Indian fusion restaurant in the same building. Also pizza place that we did not try. Walking distance to many restaurants along the beach.

Perfect place for an overnight layover in Nadi. The only downside was limited access to wifi but overal al pleasant stay.

The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was great however I did see the white sheets were not as clean at all. I advised the staff to clean my room when I came back to the room I could see that they only made the bed but the same dirty sheets were used they did not even change the sheets so that was very disappointing. What also was disappointing, I ordered a Veg Pasta on one of my nights for dinner and within 5 mins I called upon the staff to advise that the Veg Pasta was not great at all however no apology or acknowledgement was made. They didn't even offer to make another dish for me or compensate another dish for me instead they charged me the whole amount which I paid for. So that was disappointing. The rest of the stay was great no issues

Excellent resort hotel short walk from Latoka centre. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. There is a guest laundry in the hotel and a good supermarket and wine store nearby. The breakfast was quite good but not amazing. The staff were excellent. Ignore Google Maps in Latoka as it takes you the long way around or into one way roads going the wrong way. Dinner at the Fiji Northern Club or the smokehouse at the South Seas club recommended.
