The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

El Hotel Castilla Termal Solares tenía mucha expectativa alta, pero comparados con los otros hoteles de la misma cadena, el Burgo de Osma y Olmedo, que he ido se ve mucha diferencia en cuanto a mantenimiento y conservación e instalaciones como por ejemplo el de Olmedo tenía piscina termal exterior y más conservado.En resumen el Solares depende de la habitación que escojas por ejemplo una estándar, tiene tele muy pequeña y en Olmedo la misma categoría tenía mejor tele, y en general una superior igual tele pequeña y antigua que no tiene ni para poner Netflix.El desayuno muy bien igual que los otros.En fin mi valoración le daría 7/10.

I find that the room design is a bit outdated. It was spacious and the terrace is a nice touch. The air conditioning wasn't working very well and it was hot in the room. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and has good pressure. The breakfast is plentiful but the need to order the hot plates and it takes a while to come. I would suggest making them available on the hot trays. Another thing that was weird was the custom tongs each table had, then we had to use them to get the food. I would much rather have one tong on each tray so everyone uses them, I believe it's much more hygienic and practical.

Hotel limpio, cómodo y recomendable

Service was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april. The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!

5 estrelas em Santander, o hotel Mais prestigiado, não tão moderno, mas se você conhecer a história de SUA criação, você VAI voltar de novo e de novo. Perfect accommodation right in the center of Santander. Very hospitable and friendly staff made us fall in love with the city as soon as we arrived. Hope to stay here again soon 🙌

O alojamento é muito bonito, decorado com muito gosto. A limpeza é impecável. O pessoal é muito amável e ajuda-te e dá-te conselhos para visitar. O pequeno-almoço é delicioso, além de com vários posters domésticos e diferentes tipos de café. Voltaremos seguros . O único, mas talvez seja que seria melhor colocar mampara na banheira, pois as cortinas são menos higiénicas e, além disso, tremendamente longas e dão pouco de olhos mal ao dar-se a chuveiro, mas nada dá.
