This was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. This is absolutely great! As far as I know in most other hotels you are obliged to stay another night. Further more the hotel offers also bagage storage which was in our case c

Clean and spacious room, separate dressing room, clean saucer, friendly staff, helped in the rain - approached the car with a umbrella, the service is excellent. Good night, birds sing in the morning, a pleasant garden in the yard... We'll be happy to stop again there.

The hotel is very cute, the staff are very welcoming, the location is right in the center which is not very pleasant because there are a lot of wanderers around

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

Staff were great and so was the service they provided 🤓 overall we had a decent stay but the hotel clearly needs a revamp. WiFi signal can be a struggle depending on the floor you’re on. I’d recommend it as the location is unbeatable, service (like I said) is great and overall I had a good stay.

The rooms are a little tight and private parking, which ends up making the stay more expensive for car owners. But it is worth the comfort and benefit in general.

The hotel is very well located. The room is very good, the bed is very good. We ask for lunch in the room, excellent! Breakfast is OK, nothing spectacular. Service and service needs to really improve. A very negative point: the hotel has no power generator, the energy ended when we were preparing for a dinner and we could not even use lifts, and that is not what we expect from a hotel at that level.

The room was tidy and very clean. We had cutlery, glasses and plates at our disposal, which although basic, many hotels do not provide. The service was good and fast. There is a restaurant, which for me is convenient and convenient. The location was excellent for my needs.
