⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

A localização facilita para o deslocamento para as fábrica devido ao alto fluxo de transito da cidade e por estar localizada em uma Avenida de ligação principal, mas não oferece muitas opções para quem quer ter um momento de compra ou opções de restaurantes. I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

No nosso último dia, eles providenciaram um transporte barato do hotel até um supermercado, o que foi muito útil. *Localização A estação de metrô fica a uma curta distância a pé, tornando a localização conveniente. *Quarto Todas as comodidades foram fornecidas, o chuveiro tinha boa pressão de água e água quente disponível todos os dias. Também recomendo o serviço de traslado do Aeroporto de Dhaka para o hotel. Com certeza me hospedaria neste hotel novamente quando visitar Dhaka.

The hotel staff are very polite, patient and helpful. The hotel even provide free airport transfer for me on the day I checked out. I am very grateful and honor.

能忽悠，給我安排很小的房間，每天説給我換房，都不給換，我説再不換，我找攜程投訴，然後很快給換了，他們是有空置房的，所以，感覺不爽，下次要換別的酒店了。 他們衞生也從來不打掃的

The hotel is newly opened, but some parts are still under renovation, making it quite noisy.

Average rating of service. Mosquitos was the biggest problem. Friendly staff. Was expecting a little more from a 4 star Hotel. Excellent location. Overall good but not great.
