O quarto era limpo e espaçoso, com um ambiente agradável. Embora ficasse perto da rua, a casa era muito bem isolada acusticamente e as janelas estavam fechadas, o que tornava o lugar bem silencioso. Os funcionários da recepção e do bar foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O único arrependimento foi não haver chaleira elétrica no quarto. Perguntei na recepção se poderia usá-la por alguns dias (ficaria por quatro noites), mas me disseram que não havia chaleira, mas que eu poderia ir ao bar pedir água quente. Desculpem o incômodo, mas só precisaram me passar a chaleira três vezes, uma xícara de cada vez.

Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

We had the place all to ourselves and were able to relax. It's a bit far from town, but it was quiet and nice. The pool was also a nice touch and created a great atmosphere. Breakfast was included, which was great.

Já visitei muitos países, e em hotéis de todos os tipos, e em algumas ocasiões tive que pedir “late checkout” ou o que é a mesma “saída tardia” porque meu voo de volta para casa sai muito tarde naquele dia. Neste caso paguei quase 600€ por praticamente 2 noites, foram 3 noites, mas na primeira noite cheguei ao aeroporto às 2 da manhã, ou seja, praticamente 2 noites, quando na Albânia os hotéis são muito baratos, mas Preferi pegar uma rede conhecida por precaução, E QUANDO PEDI UM CHECKOUT TARDIO DE 2 HORAS porque meu vôo saía às 18h50, ME DISSERAM NÃOOOO, quando o hotel foi inaugurado recentemente e estava praticamente vazio! !!!!!!! PARECEU-ME MUITO, MUITO RUIM, TIVE QUE ANDAR POR TIRANA E COMER MUITO TARDE, PARA TER HORÁRIO ATÉ AS 16h, quando saí para o aeroporto. PENSO RECOMENDAR O HOTEL? NÃO!!!!, PENSO EM VOLTAR??? NÃO!!!!, não só por isso, mas por ser longe do centro, o restaurante Terra do hotel é muito caro, e olha, quase nada me surpreende, mas a diferença de preços com o resto da cidade me surpreendeu muito muito. Pedimos umas mini costeletas de porco ibérica e uma costela Angus e 2 águas para comer, e cobraram-nos 135€, quando no restaurante ERA, que fica a 50 metros do hotel, o TripAdvisor recomenda, e custou-nos um risoto requintado, e 2 bifes Angus de 1.200 gramas guarnecidos com cogumelos e legumes, mais pão, mais 2 águas, mais uma Pepsi max, OLHO €53, uma loucura!!!! E tudo foi muito bom, então os preços dos hotéis não se justificam. O hotel é bom? Sim!!!, é confortável??? Sim!!!, é praticamente novo, abriram recentemente, mas isso não dá direito a cobrar 5 vezes mais para comer em suas instalações, fica a 1 km e meio ou mais da Praça Skanderbeg e tudo mais lá é O que visitar na capital da Albânia. I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient. The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!

O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, com muitas atrações ao redor, incluindo o Museu Nacional de História da Albânia, o Palácio da Cultura, etc. Infelizmente, as instalações do hotel são relativamente antigas.

Everything was fantastic. I was so nervous being my first time in a hostel but all went well. Everyone was very welcoming and we had loads of activities together. Greta and Melissa were awesome hosts. The breakfast was cheap (€2) and nice. There is a lot of positive energy. The only trouble is having to wait for your turn to use the shower. Not enough bathrooms.

Stayed here for 3 nights to explore Tirana. The hotel is approx 23 mins from the main square so was a bit of a walk if you wanted to come back to the hotel after a day out and change for dinner. We had early dinners in the centre and came back in the evening to the hotel so did not cause us a problem. Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were more traditional whilst the bathrooms were very modern with a nice shower. The bar was quiet but nice, and there is a restaurant within the hotel but we did not try it out. Breakfast was very good, with fried eggs/omelette, sausage and bacon, bread and jams, great fruit and pastries, yoghurt etc. Eating a good breakfast meant that we did not stop for food during the day and had an early dinner. There was a problem with the hotel pickup but that affected a number of people as we arrived at Tirana airport just before the US Secretary of State. Just one of those things. Returning to the airport was fine which the hotel organised as well as printing boarding passes as mobile versions are not yet allowed at the airport. Really enjoyed our stay here and as long as you don’t mind the walk to the centre the hotel is great.

Çok güzel, doğal ormana bayıldım. Yatak çok temizdi. Balkon şehir manzaralı, sessiz bir yerde. Havuz ve yemekler de çok güzeldi. Çok teşekkürler 😍
