"Where do I even begin? My overall experience was simply fantastic. Let's start with the courtyard. The entrance has a rustic charm, and the whole courtyard feels elegant and serene. It's clear the owner converted their own home into this guesthouse. There are so many beautiful flowers and plants thriving in the yard, especially a cluster of multi-petaled roses. You can tell the owner has a real passion for life. There are also several cats and two sheep in the courtyard; one of the blue cats has gotten quite chunky and is absolutely adorable! The place feels so lively, and there's a strong sense of local ethnic culture, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The owner contacted us in advance about pick-up and drop-off. The young man who picked us up was very kind – I think he's the owner's son. He reached out to us beforehand and even helped with our luggage. Because the guesthouse isn't on the main street, it's very quiet and perfect for relaxing (though it's still very close to the main street, just a short walk away). Then there's the important part: the room. Since it was the off-season, the guesthouse was pretty quiet, and the owner let us choose our own room. The room has an overall wooden structure, and the decor has a strong, beautiful ******* feel. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, equipped with an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier. In winter, there's underfloor heating and electric blankets – everything you could possibly need. All toiletries were also provided. Next up, breakfast. The owner herself cooked millet porridge, steamed buns, and eggs, along with some side dishes. The matsutake mushroom and meat sauce were especially delicious! They went perfectly with the meal. Now, about the owner's family – they are all incredibly warm and friendly. Chatting with them, you realize they're genuinely kind people. They even gave us recommendations for attractions and tips for our visit. If we came back late and saw the owner, she'd always greet us with a few kind words. Although we only stayed for a short two days, we felt a real sense of belonging. Words can't fully express it, but I'll definitely recommend this place if I come back to Shangri-La or if any friends visit. Finally, I wish the owner lasting joy and health, and a thriving business."

The proprietress is not only beautiful and kind, but also meticulous and reliable! She even helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully explained all the important tips for getting around and sightseeing. Staying here felt as comfortable and relaxed as being at home. I highly recommend Songzhuju for anyone visiting Lijiang – it's definitely the top choice for accommodation!"

"We enjoyed our stay at 在山也. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful - they not only helped us with our luggages, provided us with great recommendations for food and tips for various activities but also offered us tea every day during our stay. We even got offered 鲜花饼 when we checked in! 🤤 The room was comfortable and we had fun with the smart room controls with 小度. The sound of the toilet flushing can be a little noisy. For people who are sensitive to sounds, singing from nearby bars can be heard from the room. Location wise, the B&B is located on top of a hill which gave beautiful views of the mountains and Li Jiang Ancient City. Fair warning, the steps can be slippery when wet. We would recommend this hotel!"

"Os donos da pousada, um casal, foram muito acolhedores. Ligaram com antecedência para nos informar como chegar, ofereceram frutas de boas-vindas na chegada e até nos ajudaram com a bagagem. O pátio da pousada é lindamente decorado e o segundo andar oferece vista para o Centro Histórico. A localização da pousada é incrivelmente conveniente, bem perto do ponto de ônibus do Comitê de Administração do Centro Histórico, no portão norte. Grupos de excursão de um dia inteiro embarcam e desembarcam bem na entrada. O Centro Histórico em si fica do outro lado da rua, o que o torna incrivelmente conveniente para explorar. Passamos três noites consecutivas explorando o Centro Histórico. Resumindo, recomendo muito! É definitivamente uma ótima opção de estadia no Centro Histórico de Lijiang!"

"O lugar foi perfeito para uma parada de uma noite. O chuveiro era quentinho, com luzes aconchegantes, as toalhas e o cobertor eram grossos, os travesseiros grandes e macios – dormimos muito bem! O quarto também era espaçoso, com chinelos e boas comodidades. Além disso, o serviço e a experiência foram ótimos: um motorista veio buscar nossas malas na beira da estrada com um carrinho pequeno (super fofo!), então não precisamos carregar quatro malas pelas ruas de pedra. A caminhada do ponto de partida, onde o motorista nos deixou, foi bem curta (2 a 3 minutos). O mesmo aconteceu na nossa saída, com o ponto de encontro no 一棵树客栈. Quando pedimos recomendações de restaurantes, os funcionários nos deram várias sugestões com entusiasmo e até avisaram os funcionários do 疯牛宫 (onde jantamos) que estávamos lá, e eles nos deram um 酸梅汤 de cortesia (e estava delicioso!). Quando tivemos um pequeno problema com a pia, a equipe veio imediatamente e resolveu. Serviço e experiência nota 10! 🙏🏼 Muito obrigado!"

"Excellent! Location: The hotel is also known as Xinyin Guan Inn. It has a lovely café near the lobby with a beautiful view of the old city. Cars can access a drop-off point about a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is located on a hill, offering wonderful views, yet it is still convenient to walk to the old town via the stairs beside the hotel (approximately 10–15 minutes on foot). Service: The service was excellent. The staff can speak a little Thai, and they created a WeChat group to provide information, assistance, and recommendations. I asked for a local food recommendation, and they suggested wild mushroom hot pot, which is a very special local dish. They also helped me book a table and gave me a complimentary dish of golden mushroom sashimi (which I loved!). Room: Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. There is a smart device called Xiao Du Xiao Du, which you can use to control various functions in the room. I really liked it."
