Love the glamping experience.. a peaceful and comfortable stay with a nice view. The room has all that you need for a pleasant stay.
Although the access route to the location is quite tricky but we have an experienced local driver and the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get there (we arrived very early morning). Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent with a nice view. The only cons is the flies at the breakfast area, which makes dining in a bit annoying with the flies. Other than that. Its a plus.

Menginap disini bersama anggota keluarga yang biasanya diadakan setahun sekali untuk gathering. ************* tahun ini kami memilih di theolive arrea. Puas banget karena lokasinya di jalur yang tidak macet, lancar sekali. Pemandangan dari villa depan dan belakang adalah gunung. Parkir luas. Halaman luas sehingga bisa dipakai untuk kegiatan lomba. Kamar cakep dengan tempat tidur yang banyak. Recommended dah nginap disini

Jujur kalau ke Garut bakalan nginep disini lagi ternyata seworth it ituu dong, next kalau kesini better sama temen atau keluarga bakalan seru banget meskipun lokasinya lumayan dari kota tapi perjalanan kesana seseru itu kanan kiri perkebunan dan dikelilingi pegunungan best la.
Ehh sedikit masukan aja kemarin pas check in ketemu sama yang jaga cewe itu kaya kurang komunikasinya cuma kasih kunci terus kasih tau villanya nomer berapa itu ajaa, better jelasin peraturannya gimanaa kan lebih enak sama showernya kecil banget bisa kali diperbaiki atau diganti thank you

The location is Ok. My first time here in Dago.
It is located beside pesantren and mosque. You can hear the people recites alquran and also azan. I booked 2 rooms here next to each other facing the pool/garden.
I believe that Dago Heuvel has been there since many many years. The properties is pretty from the outisde, but inside. It was a bit disappointed. Understand that the price we paid was low and it came with breakfast. But I di believe that the properties need to have good maintenance inside the room especially the toilet. The water pressure at the toilet and bidet, oh my god it was very low pressure. We experienced a hard time to flush the toilet, we thought that it was broken. We tried and tried, hustle to get all the poops goes in. Please fix the flush and do maintenance at both of the toilets. We dont care if there is a bit dirty on the duvet, comforter or shower and also crack at most of the walks. But no excuse on the toilet. You have such a beautiful view overlooking Intercontinental hotel and etc, please improve on the toilet ya. The breakfast is Ok. Bed is comfortable but pillow was very thin but no problem on that. Ok that’s all Thanks

WWalk n SeeWe recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!

SSuzanna MokaluThis 3BR Villa at Ciater Highland Resort has seen its glorious days and need some facade maintenance, the villa has an unused built-in woodburning fireplace! I don't reckon what type of architecture it is...so cute! But no matter how cold the weather is in Indonesia, I never think we will ever need woodburning fireplace in the house.. hahaha. All furnitures and interior are good quality old and calming, feels like home... furthermore the spacious backyards, well maintained rooms with basic amenities provided, sparkling clean villa and well equipped kitchen was making the stay pretty much enjoyable.
Please bring own food whether you want to cook yourself in the kitchen or prepared meals because Grab/Gofood is very difficult to reach the area (Tea Plantation with misty hills of Ciater, Subang).
The Villa itself is very close to Ciater Highland Resort Security Gate, so it feels nice and safe even the CHR looks like an abandoned villa complex.
8 minutes away from Ciater Hot Springs and around 30 mins from Tangkuban Perahu Volcano.
I would say it's a perfect gateway in Ciater area.. just don't expect any public transportation to both Hot Spring and the volcano...

The house is pretty, it makes me and my partner, and also my friend think of having that kind of house too! Haha.
I came from Japan with my partner, and need a place to gathering with my friends, and we also went with the babies too!
The pool is really clean, the place is so clean, and there's soooo many towel that we can use!
We can also do karaoke, watch tv together, playing games together, and there's also the grill set i guess? I forgot haha.
But the floor around the bathroom in the first floor room is really slippery, so it was a little bit dangerous for 1 years old kids after shower.
We can found everything for the cooking set too. Its good. The refrigerator is also clean and spacious, so we can put everything there.
There's also free drink, thank you!
But because its around the housing complex, i was kinda concerned if we were too loud and made so much noises or not😂😂😂
Definitely gonna go there again someday!

GGuest UserIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

RRubirubiOverall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

AAries JonathanPlease just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.

Ttraveller momsLocation easy to find, and not far from jl raya cisarua puncak. The villa was quite big with 3BR, two inside and one outside. The kitchen utilities also completed (rice cooker, pan, plates, cup, and so on) nice..! The view also great even at night the light not so bright.
