Super nice hotel with resort like atmosphere. Check in was a smooth process and they even helped carry my luggages to my room. Room had nice views of the ocean and city. Located in a quiet area of Zhuhai so it was a great place to relax and recover. The best part was it had a full size tub to relax at night. Hotel had automatic curtains so it was super easy to open and close with blackout curtains. Had a great rest and would definitely come back again when I am seeking for relaxation. In terms of restaurants, this hotel has two locations in the same building, one French and one Chinese. The chinese restaurant has dimsum so if you need a nice breakfast, you don’t have to leave the building.

1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

It was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world. The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel. The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles. We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable! Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. Compared with nearby hotels, I found that the evaluation of the Lishang Hotel (Seaside Swimming Pool Store) in Jida was particularly good, and the cost-effectiveness of that night seemed to be the best. So I decided to stay here for a night to experience it, When we arrived in the morning, we might have arrived too early and there were no rooms available for us to check in. HAIJIe helped us check in our luggage and thought that we should also visit the beach early. Since it was still early and the sun was not shining, we asked how to walk to the beach. It turned out that after leaving the door and turning left, we arrived at the beach within 700 meters. Looking at the blue sea, we slowly walked on the beach, It's also a great experience.
