the Westin Zhujiajian Resort, Zhoushan

因為想看海、踩沙灘，又不想去很遠的地方。所以選擇了舟山這家，因為酒店門口就是沙灘。由於上海有“疫情”，所以下單前幾天電話問了酒店，對於上海客人的檢疫要求。酒店説常態化管控區可以來周，須持核酸綠碼，入週會遇到檢查。但是所有的景點都不對上海遊客開放。好吧，景點可以不去的，但是沒想到酒店泳池前的沙灘也不能去，好吧，原來沙灘是東灣沙灘，不算酒店私人沙灘，這點是我誤會了。來都來了，就在酒店泳池玩了半天，在酒店大堂看了看海景。 酒店設施不錯，看着也蠻新的，泳池還有人造浪。小朋友玩的比較開心。房間相對乾淨，定的山景房，視野還可以。 如果想看海和玩沙子的上海遊客。建議就不要來了。但是酒店附近的海鮮排擋和夜市是可以隨意出入的，吃吃海鮮也是不錯的選擇吧。 酒店小童早餐38元，大堂的咖啡很難喝。冰拿鐵做成冰卡布奇諾不算，咖啡搭配的牛奶也滿腥的。 另外訂單含了雙人東沙灣門票，無法辦理，也不退不換。還有什麼手抄心經，也沒聽前台服務員提及。

説實話酒店地理位置是不錯，面朝大海。但是！！服務跟不上 1、3點到的酒店，四點半才拿到房間，對於開了四五個小時車才到的人來説，真想去房間休息一下 2、小孩海邊玩濕透上來，路過户外泳池想那個毛巾包一下，被告知，沒有，毛巾緊缺…旁邊一位住客告訴我們，等了一個小時了，也沒有。what？？！！…風一吹娃冷的瑟瑟發抖… 3、房間並沒有打掃特別乾淨，不知道為什麼要等這麼久。 4、酒店自助餐、不管小孩有沒有到110、是要收費的～ 衹有造浪泳池，體驗還可以。酒店旁邊大排檔很多，但是到晚上基本沒什麼位置、味道一般，出去吃的話，堵車很厲害。七八點鐘的時候 車子基本動不了

酒店位置不錯，靠近大海，給升級了正面海景房，房間洗漱等設施一般，跟同檔次酒店有差距。 服務有待提升，辦理入住花了20幾分鐘，下午3點多到，説房間剛整理還需要主管審核。 到海灘晚上7點就關閉，大夏天本打算晚上海邊走走。 整體而言，硬件勉強，軟件服務不行，離三亞同檔次酒店差距不小，服務人員服務意識待提升，細節不符合威斯汀的檔次。跟旁邊的1000多塊的酒店沒太多差別。

總體一般還行吧，可能酒店年份久了，有一點點味。為了看海景選的這家酒店，去東沙方便，不過南沙更好玩。入住時間有點遲，辦好手續前台説有房會打電話通知，結果有房了也沒收到通知，大家想提早入住就別等他的電話通知，自己去前台問。

The Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service. I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and quiet, room is clean, bed is comfy, tv has news channel broadcast in English, the lobby boy is attentive and helping out our luggages in and out, bottle water in the room are refillable, breakfast has a great selection of Chinese cuisine, western section was ok. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant, the food are delicious, only was confused by the rice and congee serving portion.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Just be aware that the outdoor pool is only open during a very short time period in the year. The indoor pool is however very nice.
