When I checked in, there were many people queuing up at the front desk. The waiter handled the check-in quickly and patiently. The room arranged was also very good, very quiet, large, and clean. There is a small refrigerator in the room that can be used, and a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel provides disposable bathtub covers. You can just call the waiter to get it, and you can also send things. Soon, the waiter who delivered the things was also very polite. Since there were two of us staying, he ordered 2 more bottles of mineral water, which were also free. When we came back in the evening, the waiter had already helped us tidy up the room and brought cookies and milk, which was very considerate. There are also many types of breakfast, including the Minnan noodle paste, which is hot and delicious. Both Chinese and Western breakfast are available. It is particularly worth mentioning that staying in this hotel feels very safe. We carelessly forgot to lock the car when parking. The front desk called us in the evening and said that the hotel security patrol found that we did not lock the car and reminded us to go and lock it. . I will stay here next time! ! !

The service provided by Xiaojiao at the front desk was very good. We upgraded to a family room. The hotel is very large and there are many attractions nearby. We didn't drive but parking was convenient. Booked during the special price period, great value. Big bathtub, big balcony. Although the gym and swimming pool are not used, you can use them if you need them. When you go out the back door and follow the light trail, you can see the most beautiful night view in Zhangzhou, and there is also a music, water, dance and light show, which is great!

The hotel environment is good, the facilities are well-equipped, it has a sense of age, the price is high, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is complete, and the experience is good. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it. Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned. Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands.

The whole family came on vacation on the weekend. When checking in, the front desk enthusiastically introduced the ”immersive leisure vacation experience”. The bed was very soft, I slept deeply all night, and I got up the next day. Take the battery car to eat breakfast, there are more people for breakfast, but the food is still very rich. I went to the park before I checked out! In particular, I want to give Xiaolian a compliment to the hot spring department. Xiaolian's service is particularly thoughtful. He will help us pour ginger tea, change bath towels, send glasses cloth, and patiently guide us to various bubble pools, and also send small toys to the children! Seeing that I am heavier than moisture, I also sent me a pack of grass soaking feet before leaving! The journey was very successful!

The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean, and local snacks were prepared for us on New Year's Eve. The room facilities are also very complete. A small tea table for making tea and a variety of teas are prepared for travelers, including green tea, scented tea, and black tea. The service is considerate and thoughtful. I will stay here again next time.

When I entered the door, the steps like a fairyland were very comfortable. The inside was also great. We didn’t live along the lake this time. I lived in the middle of the building. The view was also very good. It was quite big and comfortable. The owner and sister Yang are very enthusiastic, there is a relaxed and comfortable feeling of going home, and there are two dogs, Adu and his son Alpha, super obedient, especially cute! In short, the trip to Zhuang is good, very suitable for relaxing vacation, the first time I come, I will go again next time!

An old hotel, the hardware is not too new, but the hygiene is pretty good. It has its own restaurant where you can order food. It is opposite the district government.
