Заехали с мужем в этот отель. Муж пошёл умываться, а у него под ногами бегает мышь. Администратор на это сказала, что утром уборщица прийдет, и посмотрит. Посмотрит на что? Не извинений, ни предложений переселиться в другой номер не было. Утром администратор сказала что такого не может быть, и говорила очень грубо и хабалисто. На завтрак один бутерброд с засохшим хлебом. Попросили книгу жалоб, сказали что ее нет. Минут 10 искала и нашла, после того, как узнала, что она должна быть обязательно, ибо это нарушение. В номере отваливается все. Обои, потолок, все старое. Грязное. отель не советуем.
