good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, I felt very pampered. The staff is very welcoming and nice. They will go above and beyond to make you happy. The food was delicious, the drinks very tasty, especially those made my Bilel, at the pool bar. He makes great cocktails and he's also a very nice person. Lorenzo, the DJ, and animator will not alow you to get bored, and Amin as well. Mimi, the dance and yoga trainer is always with a smile on her face. I had a standard room with street view (front of the hotel) and I think it's the best option if you want to relax. Though, I've got a family type room and that wasn't nice, because i could hear every noise from my neighbor's room. So make sure you don't recieve one like me. The housekeeping is sometimes very loud on the hallway. Housekeeping is happening daily and the room was clean. Don’t expect 5* because it’s a bit dated. I would say 3 stars for the room and 4-5 * for the food and the rest of the hotel, including the pool area. It’s very ok for the price you pay. PS: give a little tip, they are really appreciative and will make your time special.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, especially all the entertainment team (Wassel, Joe, and Mido and a few other staff) all amazing, waiters were lovely too especially Lassa, all gave us a lovely welcome and were all very friendly!! Lovely food, excursions we booked too were really good and took us and back no problem (thank you to Samir and Walid). Would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully come back one day. Thank you to everyone for welcoming us all and giving such an amazing experience.

I am sure this hotel will soon add another star on its rating. we enjoyed a lot of privacy since it wasn't high season, so we had the heated indoor pool for ourselves. we were even granted some extra wishes for our meals and also offered services to organize our day trips on our own instead of only being sold to guided tours

Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I arrived, I was advised my room wouldn't be ready. They invited me to have some lunch, come back and it would be sorted. When I went back, it was the same story. Told come back an hour later, same story. It was around 3hrs after I arrived that I was able to get into my room. The room itself was absolutely shocking. The decor was like something from the 80s, there was a burn in the carpet where someone had left an iron on it, the bathroom was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned properly, when I took a shower, the bath filled with water due to issues with drainage. All in all, the room left a lot to be desired. The food was also disappointing. After the 3rd day, I stopped eating at the restaurant as it had given me an upset stomach. The bar was basic. Drinks were served in paper cups and served one at a time. I would have had my drink finished by the time I went back to the pool and would need to go back. It felt as if the staff thought the were doing you a favour by doing their jobs and did not make me feel welcome. The staff gave no information about any of the services provided and I felt like I was left to myself to figure the hotel out. I would not go back to this hotel and would implore anyone who is considering it to reconsider.

The reception staff were really really nice. The food was excellent and had a great variety at all point of the day! The dessert was v good. The entertainment was also very good. Would recommended for family’s and couples. Would come again! Overall extremely very good . Definitely 5*

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Booked this hotel as part of all inclusive easyjet holiday. Upon arrival, was given drinks. Rooms given were too small, so had to complain at Reception and the staff gave a more suitable room. Excellent range of food at all meal times, lovely service from waiters, very friendly and cheerful. Lots of drinks too, range of fruit juices, soft drinks included Coke, Sprite and Fanta orange. Other people were having lots of different alcoholic drinks too. Lots of loungers for use at all times. Reception organised us a tour of Tunis, Carthage, and Sidi Bou Said. Beach is 100m down the road with a soft drink station. All in all would definitely recommend. Negatives; Mosquitos come out this month, so be prepared to be stung lots! Lifts are a little on the small side for a large hotel.
