Excellent hôtel

Beautiful hotel. lovely garden and outdoor pool. Spa facilities was amazing. Indoor pool warm and relaxing. Delicious food every day with lots of variation. Friendly staff especially the waiters. Close to beach, supermarket, bar and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and return.

The hotel was good, special shout to Hannah and Ninhno. The manager and workers were nice, some were rude. The staff who manage entertainment were amazing and deserve a raise. The room was decent but bring extra extra clothing and blankets as it gets very cold in there

I'll call this 4.5 stars rounded up. I was here for a business trip, so will also mention the aspect of having a meeting at the Russelior. ROOM: I'd give my room 4 stars. It was super comfortable. I was fortunate to have a small balcony, and sat out there almost every day after breakfast to read for a bit before needing to go to work. I requested cleaning several times (not every day), and was very happy with the job they did with that. The bathroom and WC are like what one would find outside of the US -- shower, bath and sink in one place, toilet in the other. I agree with a review I read that the WC is funk because of how the door is placed; it's challenging to close the door. Cons in the room: Lighting is very low, especially in the bathroom. I imagine this is to hide the fact that some upgrades are needed in the bathroom -- but everything worked and was clean. DINING ROOM: There are tons of options at every meal, including authentic Tunisian dishes. Staff: 500 stars. What a lovely group of individuals! Aside from preparing and serving dishes, they taught me a bit of Tunisian every day. I wasn't just greeted politely at each meal, I was treated warmly. They recognized me, and by day 3, I'd come in to breakfast and they knew which table I was making a bee-line for; they'd be ready with coffee the way I like it, etc. Great senses of humor and wonderful service. The food is seafood heavy -- and the staff remembered I have a seafood allergy, so they'd point to the dishes I could have each day. They put a range of salads out as well. RECEPTION/OTHER STAFF: Wonderful. The front desk team was very helpful throughout the week. The hotel was spotless, and we saw people cleaning at all hours of the day. BUSINESS SETUP: We had reliable WiFi the whole week. We used a smaller meeting room, and again, the staff brought everything we needed. Tech was super easy to use. They came to clean when we were on breaks. Overall really good. I didn't experience the spa or the pool -- it was too cold to be outside by the pool, and we were too busy to take advantage of the spa! But if I am able to get back to Tunisia, I think I'd stay here again. [ONE THING: This is about Tunisia, not about this hotel -- but I wasn't prepared for how many people smoke cigarettes here. The hotel rooms are non-smoking, but people smoke on their balconies, as well as outside on the pool level. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I'd recommend you tell reception that when you make a reservation so they can hopefully get you to a room that isn't over a gathering area!

N’ALLEZ JAMAIS LÀ-BAS !!!! Ils m’ont volé mon argent DANS LE COFFRE ! La veille de mon départ !! Je suis allé leur dire et ils m’ont dit que ce n’étais pas eux car j’étais là seul à avoir mon code alors que tout le monde sait qu’ils peuvent aussi ouvrir les coffre. Ils ne voulaient rien savoir et ils étaient tous complice !! Ils m’ont volé 400€ sans remords ni honte. Je ne vous parle même pas du service plus que médiocre de l’hôtel, pas du tout 5 étoile je vous épargne les détails mais si vous tenez à votre argent et à passer un bon séjour n’allez surtout pas là-bas !!

The hotel looks nice we were bothered by two factors: 1- zero privilege as gold members. They refused to give an upgrade even though the hotels was not full. The service was too slow. We kept waiting for almost 2 hours to get pool towels and every time we requested one they sounded very rude and indifferent. 2- we were assigned a room where we had 3 RF antennas . As experts in the field we know that was not safe at all and extremely harmful.

Where to start.....the hotel is beautiful! Very clean, well maintained and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room is a very good size. The room is cleaned and made everyday and the restaurant and hotel toilets are all to a very high standard. All the staff are friendly however not many ( only 2 I came across) speak English. Is was very hard sometimes to get across exactly what you wanted. I was lucky that my husband is Tunisian My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that it would have been a lot nicer and easier if at breakfast you were shown to a table. It was difficult looking around for an empty table and then getting someone's attention for coffee. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in a great location

Booked for 3 nights to enjoy my vacation in a 5 stars Hotel however I was extremely disappointed by the bad conditions and the status the room full of Mosquito looks very old and not well maintained however booked with My voucher online with myway I had to wait long time till they accept me no welcoming staff are good but looks like not having the appropriate tools the hotel doesn't deserve more than 3 stars in my opinion
