The service was professional and friendly with staff willing to go the extra mile by bringing my luggage to the room and providing a fruit plate. The room had a beautiful view of the city. I had the rare choice of taking a bath or shower in a room with a modern, but cozy freshly decorated appearance.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

房間衞生乾淨整潔 門口禮賓小金服務很好 大堂副理耀婷送我們到房間還介紹了周邊的旅遊景點以及他們酒店的設施設備 辦理入住時 小張熱情周到 非常有耐心 值得大家去住該酒店

入住前後的服務都很到位。
加濕器救了南方人的命。前台 禮賓還有客房大姐都很體貼周到。
入住時有酸奶，會照顧南方人是否入住舒適。第二晚，客房還多給了兩瓶水，很貼心。退房當天早上依舊是打掃了房間，補給了日用。中午回來收拾行李看到很貼心。
不得不説，做為五星酒店的服務是連鎖酒店幾乎不可替代的。
買了圓桶酸奶，禮賓部小哥哥主動詢問是否需要冰箱，房間裏冰箱較小。離開時大包小包的西寧美食也多虧了禮賓和門僮小哥哥才搬上車。
完全沒有後顧之憂！瘋狂買美食！

一共入住了4天，總體感覺很不錯。因為是淡季入住，所以性價比很合適。到酒店門口後有人指引，前台效率也很高。
房間不大但是很乾凈。地暖非常非常足。唯一的不滿就是自助洗衣機不好用。
客房服務很滿意，凌晨一點要抽紙和水響應的也很快。
早餐這個價格來説絕對是物超所值，種類很多而且味道也不差，就是兑水的果汁不好喝

非常好的一次入住體驗，不愧是老牌五星級酒店，服務到位，環境優雅，設施完備，床墊舒適，洗漱用品質量上乘，早餐豐富，價格非常便宜，以後還會選擇入住。五星好評。

第四次去西寧了，不是出差，而是每次必去塔爾寺……
青海賓館早有耳聞，這次在青海湖游完結束就直奔而來，第一個小驚喜是賓館外右側停車場裏就有充電樁，房間乾淨整潔，應該是裝修過得，但沒有異味。洗漱用品是“佰草集”的，屬實不錯。早餐是送到房間的，中西式、當地特色，一應俱全。
前台和大堂經理也是彬彬有禮。
從17樓的房間朝遠處望去，一個“西陲安寧”的城市讓人神往……
西寧我還會去的，青海賓館是我入住的首選。
