Brilliant location, helpful staff, who helped with all belongings, taxi order, provided later check up. Breakfast was rich, full of local food, vegetable, fruit. Whereas we check out on 29th of September ( mid autumn festival ), branch was provided for free. Room equipped on higher standard, perfect gym. Fully recommended for business travellers, who need fast wifi connection.

All I can say is this: next time I come to Xiamen, Jin Yan will be my first choice. If I meet relatives, friends or business guests, I strongly recommend choosing Jinyan. Because there is no way! I regret not checking in earlier! I can't imagine any other hotel that can provide more perfect nanny-level services than Jin Yan! I must mention my thanks to Xiaolan, the butler whom the hotel ”rewarded” to me. She gave me extremely thoughtful, meticulous and even warm ”care” throughout my entire stay from check-in to check-out! I can't imagine that other hotels can be so generous in giving so many gifts and surprises to their guests. Looking back, I still wonder if this industry is too complicated and there must be such a big investment, but all the staff are so kind. Seeing a smile that comes from the heart and sincerely makes me feel that it is a sense of faith! That is a spirit! ”Legend has it” that Jin Yan will see many Xiamen Airlines stewardesses. Although I have some small expectations, I still know that I haven't seen many good-looking stewardesses in the past ten years. Who would have thought! The staff at various positions at Jin Yan are all handsome men and beauties! I must praise my strong willpower for not picking up the camera to secretly take pictures... The last thing that needs to be praised is Jin Yan’s breakfast. Even though it is rich in variety, the taste simply breaks my stereotype of Hujian Province’s food desert! I often live in the whole season, and the sanitation facilities have always been good, but this time the check-in experience was not good. I didn't remind me about the renovation before I checked in. After I checked in, I posted a reminder on the elevator. It started from 8:00 am to 10:00 am intermittently. Waking up to the sound of a drill. However, I would like to praise Ctrip's customer service. After understanding the call and apologizing, I hope that the hotel will have a similar incident in the future and it should be marked on the check-in page. The customer service at the front desk did not say anything. This needs to be improved.

Staying next to Jiangjunci subway station, the B&B has an independent park. The boss was very young. When he heard that we needed an extra bed, he upgraded us to a duplex double room for free.
