The hotel is located across the street from the beach and a nice walk along the beach to restaurants nearby (about 20 minutes). The hotel staff was very helpful and communicated via WeChat (as we don’t speak English). I’d stay here again.

The place is perfect for me as it is conveniently near a subway station as well as at the nearest bus stop. It is also near to several eateries. The front desk helped me even though I was a foreigner. Actually, I checked-in at the hotel although I was aware that they prefer Chinese speaking clients (as can be inferred based on the hotel policy as posted at Trip.com)

The hotel staff is very nice, which is a bit beyond my expectation. It should be a prosperous hotel in the past. The location is good, the environment is good, the outside is a bit old, but the interior is very clean, and there is no peculiar smell in the seaside room. I highly recommend it. I fed the pigeons in the morning. I didn't see the musical fountain this time, which is a bit regrettable. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The bed was comfortable, and we slept well at night. The air conditioning was cold enough! The breakfast was decent, and we were fairly satisfied with it, at least it wasn’t bad. You can also order delivery to the hotel, and a robot will bring it to your room, which was really convenient. Foreigners without a local phone number can ask the front desk for the hotel’s phone number. The laundry service was also great—if you don’t come to dry your clothes in time, the staff will help dry them for you as long as you write it on the designated card and hang it up. The only downside was that we were a bit shocked when we first arrived at the hotel, as the exterior didn’t quite match the photos online. The entrance is on a sloped alley, making parking inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower head wasn’t big enough.

The front desk staff is great, very helpful and patient.Their breakfast is really good and the dining hall staff is lovely too.The swimming pool and gym are closed in the winter.I do wish that there more lights in the rooms because they are a bit dark.The hotel is clean and the cleaning staff comes in everyday unless you don’t want to be disturbed. The tub and patio are great, especially when you’ve booked the sea view room.The paving, garden and pathways are beautiful, but one has to be careful because my friend slipped and fell when it was wet. The sound of the waves and the breeze throughout the day is very refreshing.The private beach is right in front of the hotel and is safe. The villas are beautiful and could do with some minor changes like flooring (get rid of the carpet,it’s clean but it’s still a carpet ).Overall we had a great stay.Oh Hank and Shui Jin are at the front desk are angels from above.I would definitely come back.

The toiletries and daily necessities prepared in the hotel are very practical, so considerate! 第一次訂的酒店讓我感覺有家的感覺。超級贊。在平台訂時看評價有説不好的，心裏還忐忑，畢竟帶着個兩歲的娃，不能再臨時換酒店吧。進入房間後心踏實了，太好了。一是這個酒店是新開的，裝修很好，設備很新。loft結構，就是個小公寓。住着很舒服。有個小廚房，雖然不提供廚具，我們自己帶了個小鍋，早上可以自己煮雞蛋和牛奶。很方便。二是床很舒服，床墊軟硬適中，和家裡的床一樣舒服。床還靠牆，不怕娃掉床。超級贊。小小的缺點就是沒考慮小寶貝，沒準備點小孩的洗漱用品和小孩的拖鞋。

Yan Ling at the front desk was meticulous and enthusiastic. This hotel is really great! From service to facilities, every detail makes people feel extremely intimate and thoughtful! Come to Xiamen to travel, live in room 303. This room has no smell of smoke, very close to the elevator, opposite the restaurant, the location is very good. I was not woken up in the morning and the mattress pillows were comfortable. Mainly the air conditioning is good, Xiamen is very hot, the clothes that are washed every day blow the air conditioner overnight are basically dry the next day. Unlike a hotel in Guangzhou, this air conditioner can't be done when it is turned on, and it hasn't been dried up after three days of blowing. The service is very grateful to Nana and Xiao Kai at the front desk for their due diligence and caring. Thank you very much!

Hi 李先生, Thank you very much on 26th March 2024 in the morning to help me and my husband to reschedule our flights from Xiamen International airport back to Singapore. You spent almost 1 hour helping us to call Xiamen Airline to work out the details and patiently helped us on the payment mode which we were not familiar with. You were so kind to share your mobile data via hotspot with my husband's mobile phone during the 1 hour. Both of us were sick and needed to return home, you stepped in with so much patience to help us. We appreciated your kindness extended to us on 26th March 2024.
