The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The only fly in the ointment is that the decoration time is not long, so there is still some smell in the room that has not dissipated. The front desk staff is warm, patient, meticulous, and the butler-style caring service makes people feel at home. Especially Jiajia, at 12 o'clock in the evening, still answering questions, dedicated and sincere people are amazing. 24-hour self-service coffee corner, especially suitable for caffeine dependents.

Wonderful stay! Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The front desk attendant who checked us in let us know that our original room (one large bed) could pick up noise from a nearby nightclub and offered to switch us to a room with two twin beds further away from the noise at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The free laundry machines/dryers were very convenient. The breakfast options were a bit sparse compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses I’ve stayed at in China, but there is still quite a bit of variety. The location of the hotel was great — very central and close to subway lines. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

The hotel manager Sherry was excellent. Took care of my needs very well. Very helpful. IT staff Amy is technically very competent. Helped me with my WiFi setup efficiently. Very patient too. Reception staff Damon, young but very well mannered. Jason helped me call a cab at 5am. Very efficient n friendly.. Overall, makes me felt like home :)

Service: The hotel service is great. There is a check-in guide and travel guide at the front desk. It is very convenient to visit Xi'an. There are many local snacks around. The Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda are also relatively convenient. The receptionist Calvin has a very good service attitude. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance

The service and breakfast are much better. This Holiday Inn Gaoxin is more than 300 meters away from the subway station. It is very convenient to take the subway. The subway in Xi'an is not very good. There is no loop line. It takes a long time to get to the subway. The most satisfactory thing about it is the breakfast. There are many people during the Chinese New Year, and the service staff are very busy. Everything is served when it is gone, and it is cleaned up immediately after eating. The restaurant service of Holiday Inn is a level better than the front desk. Some of the front desk staff are not very enthusiastic, but most of them are good. There is another great thing about it. There is coffee at the entrance and mineral water at the elevator entrance. You can drink it at will. The details are very good. I want to complain about this robot. This robot delivered food and met a person coming down the elevator. When he was about to leave, the robot blocked the elevator directly. He wanted to go in, but it was full. How can you get out?

This is my fourth stay here, and if you are nearby, I strongly recommend booking this hotel. This place is very clean, with delicious Chinese hamburgers and Roujiamo for breakfast. The noodles are also great, and the room is very large. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my necklace in the room. Thank goodness, they immediately sent someone to retrieve it. I will come back.
