Wuxi Dangkou Ancient Town Yiwenge Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of u**ost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

一家優缺點都很明顯的酒店。 優點：1️⃣距離盪口東門很近，步行幾分鐘可達； 2️⃣早飯種類豐富，味道不錯。 缺點：1️⃣五一節假日也僅一名前台辦理入住，入住時接近晚上6點，還需等待阿姨打掃結束，效率很低 2️⃣舒適大床房位於三樓，沒有電梯需要爬樓，預訂時沒有提醒，行李較多的朋友請慎重考慮； 3️⃣房間位置指示不清晰，詢問打掃阿姨路怎麼走，對方告知她要下班了； 4️⃣房間水壓低，出水小

非常差的居住體驗 1、室內有股難聞的味道和灰塵多，隔天起來鼻炎了 2、床單被套上有頭髮還有蟎蟲，隔天起來臉上蟎蟲過敏發炎了 3、衞生太差了，很多灰塵，被子上和廁所有頭髮，很多地方可以看到明顯的灰塵 4、無專屬的停車，停車難 5、窗外衹有一天人工河，和宣傳完全不符合，風景也不行 6、毛巾有股怪味道，應該是黴味 7、隔音幾乎沒有，外面什麼動靜都能聽到，早上直接被吵醒了

第一次入住這個酒店，感覺酒店比較新，環境很不錯，性價比很高，我訂的是一個庭院大床房，猶豫旁邊房間比較吵鬧，前台小姐姐貼心的為我升級了房間，下次還會入住。

酒店環境非常好，窗外景色漂亮，對面是一排排的別墅區。房間乾淨大氣，晚上很安靜，服務也很不錯，離古鎮東門很近。

酒店裝修不錯，衞生也挺好，服務更是沒話説，水和點心隨便吃，早餐也豐盛，就是房間温度下不來，不是空調不制熱，是移門隔層透風。離古鎮是非常的近，很多上海人來這裏包房間打麻將。

性價比高，環境不錯，和古鎮北門一街之隔。自助早餐對於這個房價來説還是很豐盛的。飲水杯和刷牙杯都是一次性的，還有一次性馬桶套。
