The location is very good, not far from the highway. It was around 3:00 pm when we arrived at the hotel, but probably because of the high occupancy rate during the Spring Festival, the room had not been cleaned when we arrived.
Service: I can still understand that the room was not cleaned in time. Because of personal reasons, I communicated with the hotel front desk lady and wanted to see the room prepared for us first, but a staff member at the front desk refused with a tough and cold attitude. Finally, after many communications, the lobby manager came forward to solve the problem. In fact, I can understand that the workload is heavy during the Spring Festival, but this is your job responsibility after all. I hope you don’t bring your personal emotions to work, which will give guests a bad service impression and also cause damage to the image of the hotel. 
The room is large, spacious and bright, the hygiene is relatively good, the bedding is comfortable, the twin room is a 1.35-meter single bed, which is relatively spacious so it is very comfortable to sleep on it. The breakfast in the morning is relatively rich in variety, and I am generally very satisfied.
