Spent three nights here on a recent business trip to Poland. The hotel is really well situated for a short walk into the city centre yet just far enough out for it not to be noisy at night. The breakfast does not have a huge choice on the buffet but you can order extras from the menu. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the bathroom is clean and modern. I had a corner bath, not sure if all rooms are the same. Decent value for money and the staff speak good English (better than my limited Polish) Would definitely recommend

I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house). So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best. Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.

Hotel is in a perfect location , close to lots of restaurants, bars abd attractions. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and rooms spotlessly clean. One thing that marks hotel down is breakfast which is poor. Coffee cold, only choice of tea on our 2nd and third days was fruit or green. We did ask if there was any English breakfast tea or Earl Grey as there had been on the first day but was advised no. Strange seeing as it had been available on the first day abd in the rooms. We bought Earl Grey down from the rooms on the 3rd day . Buffet very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Poland and not hot. Such a shame as breakfast does not match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

I booked because the location was good and the reviews for breakfast were good. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Free unlimited coffee and tea, quick check in, warm and clean room with very little noise from outside given its proximity to the city center. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. The breakfast was amazing! Everything from cheese and salad to waffles, scrambled eggs, polish sausage and spinach cake! The hot waffles and spinach cake were the best! When leaving at 5 am Monday morning there was a packed lunch ready for us to take on our flight. Much appreciated. We didn't use the pool and sauna. We will definitely be back to stay in future. The staff were super helpful also and it was all in all a very nice relaxed atmosphere.

Pros - Central Old Town Hotel - Very Clean - Warm - Excellent Customer Service - this cannot be highlighted enough. The staff were the best thing about the hotel. Anything they could help us with was done pleasantly, and with a 'Happy to help' attitude. Anything they couldn't help us with (no uk/EU adaptor), when we came back to the hotel later that day, they had found one for us. They ordered us taxis, recharged our phones for us after we had checked out, printed route on map, etc. A++ for Customer Service. -Breakfast, was delicious and hearty. Some healthy options - salatka, salad, ham, tomatoe, cheeses, fruit salad but also hot sausage, and warm sweet cream-cheese pancakes. Croissants, bread rolls, rye bread, butters, jams, honey, Cereals, mueslies, yoghurt. Nice coffee machine, nice selection of teas, selection of juices. Cons - The hotel bedrooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. That's it.. There really were no 'cons'.

Kitchen has plates and utensils as well as a dishwasher and fridge. Bathroom has either a shower or shower with tub combo and washing machine. Great internet , clean and comfy. Area is next to main square and across the street a main mall Lots of stores downstairs to do groceries or basics. There is parking available at the hotel. The staff are what makes the place even better. Very helpful and we will definitely return.

I've stayed in a few different rooms at the hotel and as mentioned on a previous review some of the rooms do need an upgrade, not all but some do. The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,
