Staff is great and place is clean.

I travel around the US and stay at 99% hilton hotel and travel three weeks out of the month right now. I have see frount desk where the person at the desk doesn't even so much as look up and smile. Kim is always helpfull and gives us advise on the area and places to eat. She is the reason we stay at the Garden Inn. As we are coming in and out of the hotel she is delightful to talk to and goes out of her way to make us feel at home. Hilton knocked the ball out of the park hiring her!

The Manager Sanshine was very nice. She went above and beyond to get me the best rate and service for me and my company. Linda the breakfest host/waitress provided me with friendly service attentive to my timely needs. They're rooms here are very clean and I'll be back around to visit them in January of 2023.

Fresh breakfast buffet with quality food. Choices include vegan & vegetarian options too! Eggs were fluffy. Options for pork or turkey breakfast meats. I really enjoyed the fish celery & cucumber shots. Friendly and good servers by Sherry, Gigi, & Haidy.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, and we cut our stay short due to an incident that happened at our door room. A skittish man, who apparently was not a guest at the hotel, had free access to the hallways and was standing at our door for around 10 minutes. Anyway, it was such a scary situation, and the hotel manager did not take the situation seriously after we had reported the incident three times at the front desk. On top of that, we found out there aren't any cameras in the hallway. Do they really take security that seriously as he said? The only positive thing about the hotel was the outstanding service we got from the front desk employees, such as Michael, Tammy, and Rebecca to mention a few.

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel itself is in sad need of repair which I understand will begin in late 2023. The rooms are old, we had two rooms both with broken doors to the bedroom area, torn carpet, cracked tiles, banged up furniture and the list goes on. The guest rooms are horrible designed- there is no AC supply in the main bedroom. Not sure how the hotel got away with that design. AC will cool the main area only with no air flow to the sleeping area. The pool is nice but only open until 8pm which is odd. The fitness center is adequate. Would not stay again until after renovations are complete. I am sure this review will be deleted when that happens. For now, we will look elsewhere when in the area.

Rooms are clean, staff is courteous. Well kept and managed establishment. Would recommend and will return. Considerable value in the area as opposed to other brands that do not display the same level of care and cleanliness with an equal or higher price point.
