The front desk service and breakfast quality are good, with the consistent level of Atour! There are a few points to complain here. First, the half bottle of mineral water in the room is not replaced at all. The shower gel was filled with water and it was not found. It proves that the cleaning and inspection of the room is very poor. San then informed the front desk and dealt with it in time, and attached a souvenir, the attitude was still very good, but the accompanying night milk and dessert were not delivered until ten o'clock in the evening, and the children were all asleep. And there's only milk left... that's not right!

The hotel looks very nice and luxurious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. Unfortunately the rooms and also the carpets in the corridors and the toilets are not clean and they stink. After one night in a bed that really stank like a wet dog, we were able to change rooms without any problems. But unfortunately the next room wasn't clean either and the toilet was very smelly. There was also smoking everywhere, which was very unpleasant. What a shame, because it could have been perfect. The spa is very nice, but unfortunately has no sauna and no indoor swimming pool. If the hotel had been cleaner, we would have felt more comfortable. The staff were great and we wish everyone a happy Dragon Year.
