My full name is Nguyen Ngoc Tien, Check in April 14, Check out April 15 I rarely write Review in TripAdvisor except I am pleased or disappointed with the facility. I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods. This hotel is quite new so everything is in good condition at the moment. The room - a deluxe king - was large with a big window. The bed was comfortable, firm but not hard, it was very quiet & the aircon was silent. The bathroom was good with a large walk-in shower cubicle & all the usual items provided. The WiFi worked very well. The buffet breakfast was extensive but geared to Asian tastes, there was no black tea & bacon was cut into small pieces & mixed with vegetables. The Chef station provided omelettes, fried eggs, eel soup & pho. The hotel is very close to the airport & there is a bus stop close by on both sides of the road & numerous taxis. Vinh is a very nice town with the river, parks & lakes & several places of historical & scenic interest outside the town. There are numerous authentic Vietnamese eating places close to the hotel. On the down side amazingly there was no drawer space in the bedroom, though there was plenty of room, not even a shelf in the large wardrobe. There were small drawers in the bedside tables & these had to suffice. The in-room safe was on the floor of the wardrobe making it difficult to access for elderly & impossible for disabled people. On occasion I could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking in the corridor but this was our fault as we hadn't asked for a non-smoking area. The hotel is a long way from the town centre, it is possible to walk it but not recommended if the weather is very hot & humid.

The hotel looks a bit old and small on the outside, but the room inside is large, airy, clean and beautiful, with modern furniture. Breakfast buffet has a lot of dishes, delicious. Cheap room rates. The hotel is not located on the central road, so Phan Boi Chau street is a bit empty at night, the street is dark. Opposite the hotel is the Ga market selling a lot of things. Vinh Station is also very close to the hotel, just a few hundred meters away

The room is quite big, the service is very good, but there is a taste, the air conditioner is not often turned on

I was reluctant to stay here due to the negative reviews the place had received, but when my first choice hotel was full, I decided to give this place a try as it was in the area that I needed to be in. And boy and I glad that I ended up here! The room was comfortable (it even had heating, which enabled me to sleep comfortably during the very cold winter nights during my stay); the staff was extremely kind and helpful (other reviewers complained about them, but sometimes people treat you the way you treat them); the breakfast was surprisingly good; and it was really good value for money. Granted, the hotel is not perfect. It's a little bit worn from age, but so am I. Ha. Anyway, I'm glad I stayed there - and I would certainly stay there again on my next visit to Vinh.

I had a wonderful time here. The staff were attentive and delightful. More than enough people spoke sufficient English. As it was the off-season the hotel was quiet and the staff were free to fawn over us. I left much more refreshed than when I arrived. The grounds were beautiful with a crystal clear pool. The rooms were all I could ask for. Fit for a king I highly recommend, thank you.

The attitude of the front desk staff is not friendly and enthusiastic. Wifi wireless in the hotel is very bad. The bed sheets are dirty, there is a lot of dust and sand. Get cheap room rates and located right in the center. The water in the bathroom is strong but there is no water heater. There is a bathtub lying downstairs.

I came to Vinh on the Lunar New Year. I thought that customers could only have breakfast with fixed dishes available but here still serve buffet for customers. The food is not rich but the focus on quality helps my breakfast much more delicious. The hotel is quite nice, the rooms are clean and the staff is extremely hospitable Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is an ideal place if your family wants to be quiet, airy, affordable but to meet the quality as you wish
