All of your bath and laundering needs are provided. The villa has 1000 Mbps high-speed Xfinity internet. With the Xfinity service, free HBO is included. The entire unit is smart home integrated with Nest products including Chromecast, allowing you to stream all of your favorite services. Nest smart speakers are located throughout the villa with unlimited access to YouTube music offering uninterrupted entertainment.The downstairs veranda looks onto the tropical foliage of Hawks Cay Resort and the breathtaking waters of Duck Key. For the beachgoer: Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach bag are provided for you to use. . The villa is privately owned and not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Hawks Cay Resort amenities and resort pools are unavailable to guests. The resort restaurants Angler & Ale and Sixty-One Prime are open to the public. Hawks Cay Marina and Sole Watersports have fishing charters and watersport activities available to the public. Fishing poles and tackle can be rented from Sole Watersports for use during your stay. The Calm Waters Spa and The Dolphin Connection are open for guests to use as well.The villa comes with two parking spaces directly in front of the unit. Boat and trailer parking are available on the property but have to be reserved separately through Hawks Cay Resort reservation department. A boat launch is also available on the resort property but has to be arranged independently through Hawks Cay Resort. Boat slips on the resort property can be rented separately through Hawks Cay Resort while staying at the villa. With ocean access minutes from our 38ft. boat slip steps from our back patio, to relaxing poolside in the community pool, this home has everything guests need for a wonderful stay. Brand new kitchen, new furniture, new appliances and renovated bathrooms!The Boat House Marina requires all renters who will be using the boat slip to register with them and show proof of insurance. Registration fee is $60. The marina also offers other services such as on-site trailer parking, boat ramp usage, fish cleaning stations and other services for additional fees. Please contact them directly to register. Only 1 vessel, regardless of size, allowed per slip. Our home has two bedrooms with a memory foam queen size mattress in each room and two bathrooms. A full kitchen equipped with everything for cooking and serving. The sofa bed has a very comfortable memory foam full mattress. Cable TV is included. Central AC. It has a large carport to keep your car under the roof and protected.
