Overall very nice, only critique was 20 minutes to wait to get checked in (and four staff were behind the kiosks) so quite disappointing first impression given only 2 guests were being seen too. Room was immaculately presented on the 15th floor (you must request the level room) stunning views very unique and overall I would recommend for a business trip. Attending Vienna convention centre minutes away so perfectly placed.

The hotel is wonderfully located providing accessibility to train services, airport buses and the tourist bus. The staff are also very friendly. However, the check in process is problematic as it makes things difficult for early arrivals; my flight arrived Vienna by 6am and I reached the hotel by 9am but was not allowed to check in till 3pm otherwise I pay €30 which I think is exploitative. I also expect the hotel to be providing drinking waters to the rooms daily as is presently the case. I spent 12 days, aside the complimentary water provided on arrival no water was provided even after I asked for water. My request for cultery was not responded to till I checked out 3 days later. Moreover, there is no variety in the breakfast as same thing was served everyday for 12 days. Over all I enjoyed my stay and will likely stay again.

The service is very good, the location of the hotel is good, opposite the supermarket, very close to the shopping center, and the subway is seven or eight minutes. The backyard is the Danube River, which is quiet and relaxing, suitable for walking and chatting.

Where to begin: 10/10 for the staff: reception, restaurant, house keeping, always smiling and ready to help. 10/10 for the rooms: really big, everything new, super clean, big bottles of shampoo/shower gel/conditioner/hand soap/body cream , iron&iron board 10/10 for the breakfast: the best of all is that you can enter even after 10:00 they are happy to make you feel like home (saw people in their pjs) 10/10 for its cocktails and night menu both affordable and tasty 9/10 for the area: really quiet and Safe U1 red line takes you to the city center in 7 min but still if you want to be in the center for shopping or going out for drinks it night be an obstacle All in all it was a great experience staying here. My children told me that it was the best hotel they have stayed at, and trust me we have stayed in hotels with more stars. I think in a nutshell feeling comfortable in this hotel wins all the impressions!!! God job VOCO keep the good job you're doing

Everything about the hotel is just excellent. Off course the property lives up to its brand name. Location is very near to U Bhan, just 2 min walking. Beautiful surroundings with Billa super market just 50m from the hotel. The staff specially Miss. Teodara at the reception was really helpful. She guided us for our travel in Vienna besides helping me out of the by taking her time out for recovering a precious accessory i lost at the Airport. I owe much thanks to her for this besides being really nice for any thing asked. Definately on my list for my next trip

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
