We stayed here for a few days to celebrate our son's birthday. Our room was clean and the kitchen and full fridge/freezer came in handy - especially since I ordered an ice cream cake for his birthday! I had called in advance and asked where to get a good cake and the recommendation of Abbott's did not disappoint! We were greeted each time we came into the hotel after some time away. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They have a complimentary shuttle within a 6 mile range of the hotel which is very nice. My husband and son were on a fishing excursion and I was carless and the shuttle took me to get my son's cake. Ozzie was incredibly nice and helpful. Conrad was very nice. Zachary was very nice and also helpful. The pool was nice and refreshing. We didn't require any housekeeping and when we asked for extra supplies the staff was very accommodating and attentive. The room and halls were very quiet which we loved. I used the gym which was nice and had ample equipment for what I needed. There is a complimentary laundry room with ample machines. I did not use the breakfast but my husband and son did and said it was average - typical for a hotel. There is a beer/wine night(s) that is complimentary but we did not have any. Walmart is within walking distance. Note: There are many unhoused people around the area roaming the adjacent parking lot between the gas station and the hotel. The room was comfortable. We found the beds to be slightly uncomfortable and the AC was a bit loud. Other than those minor issues, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Had the most amazing weekend at this adorable boutique resort in Vero Beach. The atmosphere, the food and the service was top notch! My friends and I were served at the pool the whole weekend by Saul and he provided the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. He was very friendly and anticipated our needs, made sure we were taken care of and hustled all day with a smile on his face. Thanks for the amazing weekend!!

Worse place - old man at front desk not happy that I asked if any rooms available for an early check-in. He said check-in at 3..it was 2:20! Only had room on first floor - ok..we both have bad backs , no elevator so 1st floor OK. Had Room 112...unbelievable but too tired to look for another place. WARNING - room looked nothing like the pictures on the web. PRO: Bed was comfortable (but it was so high that anyone under 5'3” would need a stool). TV and internet worked well and walls appeared freshly painted. CON: No clock, 3 hangers, 2 plastic banquet chairs, 1 roll of toilet paper and bathroom was nothing like the web pictures..would never stay there again Can't believe Wyndhm has their name on it..

I read the reviews prior and was a bit nervous booking, but I got a decent deal and figured why not since I wanted something on the beach. I traveled solo for a wedding and came for a long weekend and got the king oceanfront suite. Had really bad weather back home and I was super late getting in due to flight delays. When I arrived, the woman at the desk was super pleasant and checked me in without issue even though it was after midnight. I got the room on the second floor on the end closest to beach access and restaurant. . Sure, the hotel is old., but my room was clean, big, and had plenty of towels and supplies in the room. The next morning I woke up to a gorgeous view! The ocean is absolutely gorgeous. I was in riviera maya Mexico last week and the beach here in Florida was so much prettier!! There was an awesome restaurant and bar next door to the hotel and had breakfast lunch and dinner and awesome drinks as well. Sitting outside and eating was fabulous. There are stores across the street all walkable. “Beauty salon” too right next to the hotel. I loved how this hotel was on the small side, fairly quiet, and just on a beautiful beach. Pool was nice. You can rent beach chairs in the beach as well. I just took my beach towel instead and sat in the gorgeous white sand. I’m from PA and it reminded me of an older jersey shore hotel. Only the beach is gorgeous and not like the garbage you see up north. Do splurge and get the oceanfront room its worth it! Pleasantly surprised!

I haven't stayed at the redone Surestay Best Western Hotel and it appears that I won't because they are not pet friendly. Their room rates are double of what we paid before and we always had great service, food, and accommodations when the hotel was Country Inn and Suites. We come from down south and go up to Vero Beach because it is so much fun. We love it in Vero. We always have a wonderful time. We bring two of our dogs to enjoy the experience with us and that was the best part of the trip in that we were able to stay with them at the hotel. So never again since this hotel is not pet friendly. We will just have to take our business elsewhere. I am very disappointed in this change.

I have stayed at this property 10 times since Jan 2023. I was traveling tow work each time. During this work assignment my company booked me at this hotel the most. I did stay at a few other hotels in the area during this time as well. I will say the hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. They did a great job. The property is just off I 95 to the immediate west. Getting to the property you have to drive into the Vero Beach outlet mall driveway and then make a left turn. It shares a road with Cracker Barrel restaurant as well. Very convenient and the closest walkable hotel to the Outlet mall. The hotel is above standards good clean rooms ( I recommend the second or third floor) comfortable beds good room amenities microwave, coffee ,maker , mini fridge. Room was always clean and in working order. Buffet Breakfast at the hotel was excellent - Eggs every day, biscuits and gravy, some kind of breakfast meat ( bacon, sausage) pancakes, sweet rolls, yogurt, fruit, cereal, breads muffins bagels. I would say breakfast here is in the top two for the hotels off I 95 in Vero Beach. Hotel also has a pool and exercise room. I really felt very comfortable during my many nights here. I possibly may need to lodge in Vero again in tue coming months again on occasion and I would for sure return here. Thank you staff at the Holiday inn Express for your kindness and good customer service.

I had called in advance and asked where to get a good cake and the recommendation of Abbott's did not disappoint! We were greeted each time we came into the hotel after some time away. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They have a complimentary shuttle within a 6 mile range of the hotel which is very nice. My husband and son were on a fishing excursion and I was carless and the shuttle took me to get my son's cake. Ozzie was incredibly nice and helpful. Conrad was very nice. Zachary was very nice and also helpful. The pool was nice and refreshing. We didn't require any housekeeping and when we asked for extra supplies the staff was very accommodating and attentive. The room and halls were very quiet which we loved. I used the gym which was nice and had ample equipment for what I needed. There is a complimentary laundry room with ample machines. I did not use the breakfast but my husband and son did and said it was average - typical for a hotel. There is a beer/wine night(s) that is complimentary but we did not have any. Walmart is within walking distance. Note: There are many unhoused people around the area roaming the adjacent parking lot between the gas station and the hotel. The room was comfortable. We found the beds to be slightly uncomfortable and the AC was a bit loud. Other than those minor issues, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Worse place - old man at front desk not happy that I asked if any rooms available for an early check-in. He said check-in at 3..it was 2:20! Only had room on first floor - ok..we both have bad backs , no elevator so 1st floor OK. Had Room 112...unbelievable but too tired to look for another place. WARNING - room looked nothing like the pictures on the web. PRO: Bed was comfortable (but it was so high that anyone under 5'3” would need a stool). TV and internet worked well and walls appeared freshly painted. CON: No clock, 3 hangers, 2 plastic banquet chairs, 1 roll of toilet paper and bathroom was nothing like the web pictures..would never stay there again Can't believe Wyndhm has their name on it..

I read the reviews prior and was a bit nervous booking, but I got a decent deal and figured why not since I wanted something on the beach. I traveled solo for a wedding and came for a long weekend and got the king oceanfront suite. Had really bad weather back home and I was super late getting in due to flight delays. When I arrived, the woman at the desk was super pleasant and checked me in without issue even though it was after midnight. I got the room on the second floor on the end closest to beach access and restaurant. . Sure, the hotel is old., but my room was clean, big, and had plenty of towels and supplies in the room. The next morning I woke up to a gorgeous view! The ocean is absolutely gorgeous. I was in riviera maya Mexico last week and the beach here in Florida was so much prettier!! There was an awesome restaurant and bar next door to the hotel and had breakfast lunch and dinner and awesome drinks as well. Sitting outside and eating was fabulous. There are stores across the street all walkable. “Beauty salon” too right next to the hotel. I loved how this hotel was on the small side, fairly quiet, and just on a beautiful beach. Pool was nice. You can rent beach chairs in the beach as well. I just took my beach towel instead and sat in the gorgeous white sand. I’m from PA and it reminded me of an older jersey shore hotel. Only the beach is gorgeous and not like the garbage you see up north. Do splurge and get the oceanfront room its worth it! Pleasantly surprised!

I haven't stayed at the redone Surestay Best Western Hotel and it appears that I won't because they are not pet friendly. Their room rates are double of what we paid before and we always had great service, food, and accommodations when the hotel was Country Inn and Suites. We come from down south and go up to Vero Beach because it is so much fun. We love it in Vero. We always have a wonderful time. We bring two of our dogs to enjoy the experience with us and that was the best part of the trip in that we were able to stay with them at the hotel. So never again since this hotel is not pet friendly. We will just have to take our business elsewhere. I am very disappointed in this change.

There are outlets on the side of the hotel, the parking lot is large, and the 95 Avenue is convenient. Breakfast is average, the staff is warm and attentive and is a very good hotel.

Check went smoothly. The woman at the front desk was very efficient when we checked in the evening of 4/17/23. The hotel looks new. Furnishings and room were nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We got a good nights sleep!
