The room is big, the location is good, the parking is convenient, safe and reliable. Average breakfast, poor internet access. My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights during my interrailing trip. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is a 2 min walk to the train station and about a 5 min walk to the beach. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and had great customer service! We arrived early but was able to check our bags in and headed out. Again, when we arrived back to the hotel late at night the male night reception was super friendly! Great customer service! However, on checkout the lady at reception was very rude. We overheard her ask for 40 cent more from the couple in front of us as the hotel had charged them wrong. And then without even saying hello she stated that we owe money. We had paid in full on arrival so was confused and asked why. She stated that the gentleman who checked us in had not calculated it right and that we owed €2. As this had happened to the people in front of us as well we felt it was wrong of them to be asking every customer for the extra money if it was the hotel at fault. She became very abrupt and said “will you not pay it then”. Obviously we weren’t bothered about the €2 but it was the way we were being spoken to considering it was the hotel at fault. Perhaps staff training in customer service is needed for this individual as well as training in basic numerical skills. Overall, I don’t want to leave a terrible review as it was only that one lady who treated us very badly and was very rude. All the other staff were amazing and went above and beyond! So yes I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a cheap stay in Cannes with the perfect location! Just disappointed in the bad ending!

Clean, but basic. Reception closes at 11pm, if you need assistance, hard luck. Parking is not at the hotel, but a general car park for all, charges €11 per night. There is a small parking area outside the hotel, but it is pure luck if you can get in it, only space for 5/6 cars. Staff are polite, but communication could be better for clients and each other.

We were very disappointed, because the hotel was in the expensive class and the ratings were great. We were met with a very formal atmosphere where you shuold present your Covid-pass every single day. This seemed out of tune with the lacking hygienic standard. Running a moist cloth on the table, but also the chair! Why not use an alcohol spray? The breakfast buffet was poor. Cheeses were wrapped in plastic which was the dominant taste. Rather tasteless specimens, when you consider that France has 400 lovely cheeses. We ended up buying our own cheese for the variety. The smoked ham was grey not red seemed old, tasteless. The cooked ham which is best moist was hard and dry! I tried one bite, tasted old. The fruit bowl was only few days attractive as the black bananas featuring for 3 days did not help your appetite. The two best things were a soft-boiled egg and freshly pressed orangejuice. The waste room was a chaos as the hotel had not marked the containers so everything was dumped in all containers. Even though the hotel flashed the 17 UN-goals. Feeling un welcome was perfected with a check-out time at 10 o'clock!

Wonderful hotel and I will return without question and intend to book for next year. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for your wonderful hospitality, the staff were all so helpful. Location is excellent, 620 bus to Nice around the corner and main train station 10-15 minute walk away, easy trains to Cannes/Antibes/Nice/Monaco/Ventimiglia. Our room was enormous for 3 of us and spotlessly clean. Large balcony and side view of the sea was an added bonus that I did not expect when I booked. I highly recommend purchasing the Sud Azur travel pass, 35 euros for 3 days covering all trains, trams and buses right from Cannes to Ventimiglia. We were able to explore further as we could just hop on and off. Make sure you validate your card every time you board.

We had a great stay! Ideal place if you want to stay just outside the hustle of the cote d'azur but still want to visit it. The hospitality was fantastic. Especially by Leo, the Front Desk employee, who with his enthusiastic and energetic personality made you feel at home, feel welcome! His hospitality made the stay perfect!

Location far from the center, simple and clean rooms, pleasant pool, beautiful view, good breakfast.

Very nice hotel but a lot of waiting at the reception as well as at Room Service room very badly placed we were just above the air conditioning fans of the whole establishment as much to tell you that the noise at night was unpleasant… It's that's why we only stayed one night and then left for the Martinez to finish the week Too bad Especially when the receptionist asks us if the room suited us and we only answer no, she doesn't even try to make an effort on the breakfasts that we paid one hundred euros

· Easy to access location, though the hotel is not elegant, it is adequate, clean and efficient. Nice pool. Staff is extremely friendly, more than efficient and helpful with questions not even associated with hotel. Loved the very secure parking. Even a garage if the secure parking is not secure enough! And though I can struggle along in the French language, they spoke English! Business travelers would like this place as they need efficiency and easy access. There are small kitchens in the rooms for longer stays. As the autoroute is nearby, it isn't quiet outside. Rooms are quiet when window is closed. But that is clear when looking at the map on the booking.com website.
