This is always a good location hotel with good people/ good breakfast/ good location. If i stay in Valencia next time. 100%. I will stay this excellent hotel again

Transportation: Self-driving doormen can help you to park. There is a parking lot next to the hotel. If you take a taxi, the whole city is not easy to take. It is not the hotel's problem. Hygiene: OK but outdated facilities Environment: safe and comfortable but not much scenery to see Service: The breakfast waiter is too busy Good local already, but still better than other Westins

The hotel lobby is gorgeous and elegant, the room design is particularly comfortable, you can push your luggage directly from the train station, and it is very convenient to walk to all the attractions. Because I was afraid that the street was too noisy, I specially set the room facing the inside, it was very quiet, and I could see the scenery on the terrace next night.

The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here last month. It is a very modern hotel (which is why I picked it) and our room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was quite good. The air conditioning was good and very quiet. The cold aspects of breakfast were good and plentiful, but we were not impressed with the hot selection, as they were only tepid. I had the scrambled eggs several days, which were a perfect consistency but never hot enough. The swimming pool (which we didn't expect to be open) looked inviting, but as we did so much sightseeing we didn't have time to try it! On our first night we arrived after 10pm. After checking in and doing some unpacking, we headed to the bar for a sandwich and a drink. It was 11.05pm and we were told that we could only get food if we ordered room service. We were hungry and so we did this. If we had been told when checking in that they stopped serving food in the bar at 11pm, then we would have gone straight down, We asked at reception the following morning about the Tourist Bus. We were told that we would need to go into the city centre to catch it. When we used the Tourist Bus we found that it actually stopped about 10 minutes walk from the hotel! We were also given wrong information about the local bus. Although we liked the hotel overall, we found that it was a little too far from the city centre for us.

The hotel is small and fine, the room is facing the street, the street view is beautiful. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is still exquisite. The most difficult thing is that the underground parking lot is narrow and steep. Don't stop if you don't have good car skills. It's amazing! Good service, very warm!

The apartments are nice, clean and functional. The location is good. But the building has a bad phonic insulation and the hard floor amplifies any sound from other apartments. Each time a chair is moved, something is dropped on the hard floor or someone walks with hard shoes, you ear it well. So basically your experience there will be directly influenced by the education of your neighbours. And, well, my neighbours were thinking that it was very important to move all the furniture around during most of the night...

The room is located in the city center, very close to the Palace of Science and Art, just a few minutes walk. The bed in the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good, and a welcome drink was also presented.
