Good location and nice breakfast. Had luggage room to store luggage after we checked out which was very convenient.
The main problem was that air conditioner was not working. The lady in the front desk told us the air conditioners were not working in the whole building, so they could not do anything. I stayed on the 5 th of June, and it was 26 celsius degree. We felt very hot in the room, no fan, no air conditioner. That means no air flowing in the very small room. We woke up several times and sweating. My hair and my nighty were wet. Finally I got up to shower again. But we were still sweating, couldn’t sleep well the whole night. That was terrible for tourists if they could not have a good sleep. I thought the staff should tell the customer that the air conditioner was not working before check in. Let the customer choose if they still want to stay. We ended up our sweating after we went to the strong air conditioning restaurant to have our breakfast.

This hotel is so reasonably priced, and actually in a perfect location too get too all the main things too see in Valencia.
Though it is 30 minutes from the beach, they give you a towel for free, around being paid for prior and refunded after, and it is a good walk too experience the cities culture and marina on the way.
It is only 15 minutes too walk too the incredible Arts and Science Arichectural Area, and likewise too the staggering parts of the Old City.
Rooms are adequately comfortable, Bathroom was huge, and the safe free and large enough for even a notebook.Good too have a very chilled fridge, though no kettle as is most nowadays,
For those on a budget, there is a cheap supermarket across the road for all your needs, a good cheap bar and cafe right next door, large pizza chips and beer for 10 pounds perfect.
The breakfast choice is absolutely superb here, and there is a beautiful lady who runs it, shame i didnt catch her name but she was incredibly welcoming friendly and considerate, and an amazing way too help start your day.

Location, breakfast, staff good. Cleanliness needs improvement.
Good: Very comfy location to go by foot or by bus to any sights. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Surprisingly good and well managed breakfast - lots of fresh produce, fruits, bread etc. The staff was super nice and helpful, recepcion, restaurant made me feel welcome.
Bad: the rooms are dates and not clean. The floor, bathroom were dirty (beds and towels were ok), lots of black mold in the bathroom. A tip to hotel - buy the simple toilet cleaner with clour and leave for a few minutes on mould. It will disappear.
Generally the hotel is really dated, especially the bathrooms.
Overall, for this price is ok. Just need to clean the bathrooms and floor much better.

Uma estadia muito boa! Acomodações simples, mas atendem às necessidades básicas para quem comparece ao hotel só para dormir. Atendimento atencioso e café da manhã muito bom que nutre perfeitamente a saúde e paladar. Variedade o suficiente além do cotidiano. Não muito perto do centro, mas nem tão longe que dá para caminhar vagarosamente e desfrutar de bom passeio tanto para o centro como para La Ciutat des Arts y Ciência. Não há metrô e um ônibus nr 4 leva e traz do centro. Mas bom mesmo é taxi(+/- 6€). Poucas opções ao redor para refeições, mas há. Mercados há bastantes.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Café da manhã excelente.Staff muito gentil. Só fiquei preocupado porque o estacionamento é muito pequeno. Como fui na baixa temporada consegui vaga, mas em outros períodos deve ser difícil.
