Perfect hotel for business and holiday. Great and very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to miss Lina Bao who served us very well at check-in and check-out. The rooms were well maintained. The executive lounge is excellent for private working and catering. The 25 meter pool is stunning and helped us to stay fit. We will be returning!

The shower water is difficult to adjust to hot or cold, the TV cannot be projected, and you need to pay to watch movies; the interior is clean and sanitary, but the glass outside is dirty, and the view affects your mood. The overall experience is pretty good.

前台服務很好，房間設施設備都很齊全，服務態度也很不錯，服務很專業，大廳有專門的香氛味道很不錯，最後退房的時候前台還送了一份免費的歡朋地圖，幫忙搬行李到車上，停車也是免費的，房間得床墊很舒服，晚上睡的很好，早上起床整個人都神清氣爽，這家酒店很好，非常推薦入住，下次來還住這家。

這次入住體驗真的超棒！必須點名表揚伊主管，全程耐心又貼心，有任何問題都及時幫忙解決，態度特別温和。房間乾淨整潔、佈置温馨，住着特別舒心，各項設施都很滿意。整體服務周到細緻，性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！明天從賽里木湖回來還是住這裏，

The hotel’s location is quite good. It is a new building, and the products used in the rooms are of high quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved a bit, especially considering the needs of foreign guests. Overall, it is a place worth choosing. I definitely recommend it...

So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

酒店位置超棒！馬路對面就是益民大廈，房間温馨像家，落地窗能同時看雪山與文化公園雙景，視野絕了 ，停車場超大，自駕很省心，旁邊文化公園晨跑很合適，早餐種類豐富，中西+本地風味，品質堪比五星 。服務貼心、乾淨舒適，必住！

This stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel lobby is atmospheric and the service staff is gentle and patient. The room was clean and tidy, separated from wet and dry, and the equipment was complete. The bed was very comfortable and I slept until dawn. The hotel is close to Wanda Shopping Mall, so you can worry about traveling for food. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, suitable for travel and rest, whether it is self-driving or traveling, it is very suitable, highly recommended!

拜年去朋友家開車去的吃飽喝足後就不想回去瞭然後隨便選的新店，沒想到超出預期！本來訂的大床，看到我帶着小朋友給升級了親子房，太暖心了❤️，房間整潔乾淨不説，床還軟乎乎的，隔音也不錯。服務很貼心，辦理入住很快。位置好找，停車方便，出差旅行都很合適，餐廳的伙食真的很好吃！！！下次還來住！

This hotel is fairly new, and we had a pleasant stay overall. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Unfortunately, our first room had a strong smell of smoke, but the staff promptly moved us to a different room from the second day onwards. Special thanks to the receptionist, 植意, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! We were also pleasantly surprised with a small gift bag upon check-out.
