The worst hotel experience during the National Day trip to Xinjiang. I checked in on September 29th. The weather was very good that day. It felt hot outdoors in the afternoon. When I checked in at 4 o'clock, the temperature in the room was relatively high. The air conditioner was turned on and it didn't cool down. I called the front desk and asked about arrangements. Someone came to fix it (actually they didn't come), but they didn't tell the hotel that the air conditioner was no longer available. When I passed by the hotel lobby at night, I heard that many people in the tour group were complaining about the heat, so the hotel said that the air conditioner had been suspended and would be turned on again immediately. Then the room temperature became more comfortable after the air conditioning was restored on the first day. Early the next morning, I found that the air conditioner was no longer available. At 7 a.m., the indoor temperature was 34 degrees (as shown in the picture). I asked the front desk to tell them that the air conditioner had stopped again. Considering that the room would be hotter during the day and frequent communication would be troublesome, I chose to check out early. Change the room to a hotel. The price of the hotel I changed to was half that of Kas. It had 24-hour air conditioning and the room was very clean and quiet. In summary, Cass is not cost-effective. Turpan has a large temperature difference between day and night in September and October. Please be careful when choosing a hotel that does not provide air conditioning. However, I would like to commend the hotel front desk for its good service attitude. I am very satisfied with the consultation answers and early check-out handling. I would also like to give special praise to Ctrip. Assisted with early check-out and recommended new hotels to me. The service was timely and the attitude was good. I recommend Ctrip!

The other hotels also have their own characteristics and the prices are relatively lower. The room is large, and it doesn't matter if you bring suitcases. Separate wet and dry bathrooms. Dyson's hair dryer is the best in hair volume and can dry your hair quickly. There is a large bathing pool in the room, but unfortunately the water gate was closed and the bathing was not completed. At night, the hotel gave you various fruit yogurts, which were ice cold and cool. The breakfast is very rich. The local clear noodle soup is slightly sour and spicy and very appetizing. The chicken soup is delicious. I add fruit pieces and raisins to the yogurt. It is delicious and fun. At first, the kids chose it because they saw it in Running Man, and there was an outdoor swimming pool. It was very cool to soak in the swimming pool on a hot night! Staying with parents and children received the highest score for accommodation during this trip! If I have the chance to go back to Turpan, I would like to stay here again!

I saw a hotel recommended by someone on Xiaohongshu, and I came here because the pictures looked beautiful. Sure enough, it did not disappoint. It is really great to have a swimming pool when traveling here with children. We stayed in an ordinary standard room, but the rooms are very big, and there are 4 bottles of water in the room, which is very thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and I personally feel that it is not much different from the breakfast of the 5-star hotels I have stayed in. Then the waiter at the front desk of the hotel really thought about his enthusiasm and simplicity. He especially praised the front desk guy Li San (this is his WeChat nickname, I don’t know his real name). There was also a thin guy who should be a Uighur who was also great. Finally, it is about 2 kilometers away from the busiest urban area, but the front desk will help to call a taxi, and the same master (Abilitifu) was called two days ago. People are really simple. It was really a good experience for two days.

After arriving, the hotel front desk upgraded our room from an ordinary twin room to a deluxe standard room. The room was large and well-equipped. This is where we have stayed since we left on September 19th. The best room is completely above the standard room standard for business trips and meetings. The price is not high. There are large parking lots in the front and back yards of the hotel. The security guard is very responsible and guides parking. My wife left the room door open when she went downstairs to get something from the car. The door immediately sounded an alarm, and the security guard immediately ran over to ask what was going on. There are no big cars on the road in front of the hotel, so it is very quiet. This is a hotel with standardized management and extremely cost-effective, giving it a five-star rating! Self-driving tours are busy every day either driving or in scenic spots, and I don’t bother to comment until I get home.
