Very central location (5 minutes walk from P. San Carlo), beautiful, large rooms, comfortable beds, good styling with modern and classical elements, fully-equipped bathroom, kitchenette and minibar, welcome amenity, friendly and helpful communication throughout the stay, self-service checkin outside reception opening hours without any problems and flawless --＞ VERY strong recommendation if you're ok with a no 24x7 reception, no embedded restaurant or breakfast place (for the latter - please remember that this is Italy - just go to one of numerous coffee bars in a very short walk, get yourself a cappuccino and a cornetto, and be happy!). Palazzo del Carretto is a perfect way to start your discovery of Torino. Loved it.

Fantastic. One of the best apartments we have stayed in and an overall terrific experience. Location = perfect. Car parking = excellent. Family friendly. Staff = The best. Loved it. We will definitely be back. Andrew. This is quite probably the longest review ever because of the stupid 200 character thing that clearly doesn't work.

Beautiful apartments located within short distance of the majority of attractions in Turin, either by foot or public transport. The room was elegant, clean, comfortable and spacious with well-maintained amenities. The staff at the guest house were warm, helpful and always accommodating. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant! A Real gem of a place. Discretely hidden behind beautiful wooden doors, the palace opens up offering secluded elegance and luxury. What a joy to dwell in this wonderful juxtaposition of centuries-old palazzo, combined with beautiful contemporary italian design. All of this within a few steps from the shops and main museums. Very kind, welcoming and ever helpfunctie staff. If you want a unique, luxury, yet value for money stay, look no further!

Comfortable well equipped spacious apartment with a beautiful garden view, and well located. Close to a good range of cafes and restaurants, near the main piazza with an amazing chocolate fair and Halloween celebrations. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

One of the most romantic stays of my life. The entrance to the palace felt like it was from a fairytale, and the room was absolutely stunning. It had a vintage and royal charm, was impeccably clean, and exuded a sexy ambiance. The self-check-in process was straightforward, and the assisted check-out was even smoother. Having parking right under the building in the central area for touring was worth the entire price. We'll definitely be returning without a doubt.

excellent location in the heart of Torino. extraordinary room (royal suite) in agreat city-palazzo. nice helpful personal. everything far beyond my expectations. not to forget modern marble bathroom with all comforts. If you go by car I recommend the underground parking garage with direct connection to the palace. Great and worth the price.
