Excellent réception,the lady who took my reservation on the phone a couple of days before remembered who I was. The parking was ready. Staff are very friendly and give you alors more advice than the tourist information booth at the station. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is perfect, there is no lack of anything. This is when I need to be an undercover hotel critic for an international magazine. Gordon Ramsay would certainly have a field day with the Restaurant Manager here. I recently stayed at Hotel Due Mondi in Turin. I cannot recall a time when the service of a particular staff member has been so horrible and a manager so mean that I have left a meal half eaten, packed my things and left the hotel altogether. I’d rather take the loss. The hotel location is excellent, rooms are okay, reception staff fairly friendly. Everything is fair UNTIL you get to the restaurant downstairs where they serve breakfast. This lady looked to be the restaurant manager. Yelling and growling at her staff who are busy working, side-eyeing guests (or perhaps just me). She snarled, she sighed, she pointed and raised her voice at me. She yelled at one of her other staff because of where I sat, then yelled again at me. If looks could kill, she’d have put me in an early grave. I sat at a free table for 4 because I had my computer to work on one side, and breakfast on the other side. The other tables available were too small for me to be able to work/eat. I came at a time not too busy with only 3 more couples dining. Plenty more tables available should more people, or an entourage arrive in the next 20 minutes (how long I inteded to be there). I just counted how many hotels (3-5 star), hostels even mountain huts I have stayed at over the past 10 weeks across Europe. Put it this way, I have stayed at enough to have purchased a decent car – certainly enough to have a clear understanding of poor service. In summary: Her service wasn’t just poor, she was horrible and mean. I advised reception - not even an apology. On a positive note. I saved myself a few calories!! I'll be booking the hotel directly adjacent to Hotel Due Mondi upon my return.

In a five-star hotel in Turin, the reception hall is very luxurious. At the front desk, you need to pay a deposit of 50-100 euros or the bank card number in the name of the check-in person, so friends who need to check in remember to prepare cash (no credit card deposit required) or credit card. The hotel has two floors, and there is a connecting corridor on the first floor in Italy (the second floor in China) by elevator. In the prominent position of the elevator and the corridor, there will be guidance signs in English, Arabic, Chinese, and Chinese. Be sure to check the building where the room number is on the card when you check in, and the front desk will guide you when you deliver the card. The room is similar to China Hotel, with free slippers, mini bar, paid snacks, kettle and so on. All the facilities marked with text in the room are English, Chinese and Chinese, so don't worry about the language. Here are two points to note: First, because the room is equipped with cotton wool facilities such as carpets, the entire room can see obvious high-density flying hair in the presence of light; second, there is a large amount of flocculent deposits in the kettle This may be due to the quality of the tap water in Italy. Friends with requirements in this regard suggest that they be used with caution. All in all, this is one of the few high-end hotels in Turin and worth recommending!

The location of this hotel is very close to the train station and just a short walk into town so perfect for us, staff were friendly and helpful and it was easy for us to get checked in and out. Our room was nice, a tad dated but that wasn't a problem as it was clean and had everything we needed, even a small balcony, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size too. The only negative thing we have to say about this hotel was that the breakfast was a little small, we got one choice of small pastry, a coffee and there was juice or water to help ourselves to. It was nice that it was included however it didn't keep us full for long. Overall would recommend :)

We spend 3 amazing days at this hotel near the train station (very handy) and close to the main things to see in the city of Torino. The breakfast is very good, the beds are extremely comfortable and the location is really good, almost perfect. But the most important thing that can make the difference between an excellent hotel and an awesome experience is the people. From Roberta, (Giacopo también) and Ricardo at the front desk to Valentina, Sara, Ana and Stephano in the breakfast. They are all very kind, caretaking, and fully devoted to their jobs. It´s a pleasure to find workers that make the difference, this is the real value of the hotel. Sara is very polite and educated, I´d never seen someone so nice to people in a long time. I can see that the management is really good because the result is the commitment of the staff. We will repeat no doubts asked, very soon. Please extend my regards to all the staff, even those that we didn´t have the chance to meet. Cheers and see you all very soon.

This was our first stay in an Italian HotelBB and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We have previously stayed in various HotelBBs in France bt on this trip we ventured a little further and tried one in Italy and one in Germany. The on-site parking was in an underground secure car park which costs an extra few euros per night. There is also ample free parking outside on the street. There is a supermarket next door which we found very useful and also a nice restaurant a couple of doors down, which incidentally gives a discount for people staying at HotelBB. The room was bigger than we expected. The facilities were very good. Breakfast choice was great with slightly different regional variation of what was on offer. It seems the Italians eat cold meats and cakes/doughnuts for breakfast! - Definitely coming here again!! Lovely helpful staff. Just a little reminder for visitors to Italy: Beware of the local Italian drivers... they have no road sense at all!
