And what i like most is the VIEW... itz Amazing. the menu was actualy quite variative but it is unfortunate that there is no Sanwich in the afternoon and evening.. its available in supper only. average price reasonable in 4*Hotel. but i had lucky that the waitress Ms.april suggest us the food promo tongseng that only 60K include special drink.. although the cooking of tongseng was a bit salty but its ok cz the ribs very soft. The pool.. itz amazing.. try to come to this hotel in weekdays.. you will feel that to be private hotel.. with some foto corner and ofcourse we dont need back gound actualy cz the montain can be very clear back ground But My Children are not satisfied enough cz there is no water slide in the pool Hopefully in the future can be increased..

When I first checked in, I got a room on the 2nd floor with a wall view, finally I complained and asked to be replaced with a city view and even then a smoking room and had to wait an hour. For the size of a hotel 🌟 4 is not worth it for food and pool issues. I have spent my vacation for 2 days in this chic hotel. My first impression to this property was great. You will find lazy couch and artificial green grass in each balcony and staring a breathtaking views of Batu city . The location is very easy to find since it located just step ahead to the famous recreational theme park in Batu. The room and the bed was so clean and comfort. You will also find a nice shower with cold and warm water. You will also get 2 bottles mineral water and tea and cereals..well..I thought this could be value added service for this property. For moslem traveller, I couldn't find the kiblat's direction both over the ceiling or anywhere else in this room. They also do not provide the saroong for gents to pray. So, you should bring by yourself. I thought this property also must be consider about cloth's hanger coz I also do not find this in the room. Last but not least,for Hotel Manager and HR Manager, you must see your training need analys since your guest service agent was poor and lack responsiveness. I bit disappointed for several needs ignored. Well...over all the choice is yours reader

Talking about staying in Tretes, Inna Tretes hotel could be the option. 🌺 Location Not so far from Pasar Tretes, but not located in crowded area. Be careful with the sign to get into this hotel because the location little bit hard for manouver. 🌺 Check in process I stayed on Sunday-Monday when not so many guest visit. Check in process was smooth. 🌺 Room This is an old hotel because this hotel was built 40 years ago. First, I was worried if the room condition would feel like ”old”. But after browsing, I knew that Deluxe Room was renovated and has new face. So, I booked this room and I was so happy because the interior was new and have connecting door. Room was completed by LED TV, refrigerator, sofa, coffee/tea maker, hanger, phone, and slipper. 🌺 Bathroom Bathroom was clean with new interior also. The bathroom is so spacious and completed by shower with hot water (4 am-10 am and 4 pm-10 pm). Bathroom amenities : soap, shampoo, tooth brush+paste, and shower cap. 🌺 Facilities Swimming pool, playground and restaurant. Don't forget to take a picture in Little Kyoto, a new designated area with Japanese exterior. 🌺 Staff They are very friendly and helpful, especially the security. 🌺 Tips Choose deluxe room for modern ambience

This is the first time I have visited this most unique hotel in Batu City, it turns out that there are several types of new rooms offered, namely Superior and Deluxe floor 6, and Executive on floor 7, with a choice of views overlooking the city, or facing Batu Secret Zoo, and these are what is interesting for me is being able to stay at a hotel while feeling a sensation like staying the night in the middle of a forest with various animal sounds. Little disappointed with the cleanliness. I expected when I arrive at the cabin immediately can enjoy the room, but then I had to wait for the staff to change the linen because there were spots on the linen, that was okay if the spotted that can't be removed but I unfortunately it can be clean if your staff wash it. And also it would be better to give feeling to all staff that guests staying at bobocabin are people who will spend time in the cabin.
