"A very badly managed and highly disappointing experience at the property. With no service whatsoever, & no ability to handle any guest communication the guest is left to fend for themselves. Some maintenance issue meant I had no hot water in the morning of 5th May, no ability to communicate to any staff member (on site or regional). There is no phone in room, no QR code, no information as to what to do with either a regular issue or an emergency. I was left with zero options other than to take a cold shower. The hairdryer didnt work and there was no iron. The only on-site staff are breakfast room hostesses. When I tried to politely explain to the staff, it was apparent that no staff training has occurred as how to handle a genuine issue, nor was there any process of complaint handling other than "write in"; There is no discount nor refund just blank stares. My room was not serviced. Towels not changed. I had a door-knob message attached. Totally sub standard."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Manchester Trafford Centre West Premier Inn, Brilliant and Friendly Staff, Bar and Restaurant were amazing. Room was Incredible, Cleaned and Maintained to a very High Standard. Great Lighting With Large TV. Also loved the HDMI input below TV so you can hook up an external device to watch anything on. The USB inputs on each bedside were a great touch too providing charge to my phone without the need to have a plug. and the Bathroom was spot on, Shampoo was provided along with proper hand soap, Hot water, Great Shower Pressure and lastly toilet Seat was secure and not loose and Clean. "

O estacionamento não é gratuito apesar do que está listado (£9.60 por dia, gratuito para 3h se você come no Beefeater) por isso foi desapontador e irritante porque escolhi este hotel por causa de ‘parque gratuito’. Seria bom que cada quarto tivesse calças, porque as telhas são bastante sujas e muitas pessoas não querem usar as sapatos no interior."

"I had a wonderful 2 night stay in this lovely B&B. Although on a main road, the atmosphere of the house was quiet and relaxing, and the location is perfect for access to any area of Manchester. I had my car, but I noticed that there was a convenient bus stop just outside. The room was spacious, beautifully laid out and very clean. It had some extra touches that made it even more comfortable - I love getting room chocolate 😊 There was a kettle with coffee and tea available as well as all day access to the peaceful breakfast room downstairs if I needed a top up. I slept extremely well. Breakfast was very well thought out. There were 2 options of hot breakfast and also self service toast and cereal. It was a good start to the day. Gloria and Frankie are friendly, kind and considerate hosts. I enjoyed meeting them. Thank you both for a pleasant stay, and thank you to my new Little Dragon friend Su Long and her fluffy male companion... they're two large, beautiful cats! Highly recommended for your trip to Manchester. I hope to stay there again! 😊"
