Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford

No surprises, no delights. As expected so we booked a practical location, with parking ( didn’t realise overnight fee is £6 as often it’s free at Premier inn for overnight guests) and standard amenities. Bathroom shower curtains had some smell otherwise standard cleanliness. Breakfast a slight miss as most Premier Inn can do a better cooked English full breakfast. Given our purpose and location of hotel, we would stay again.

Stayed here for Manchester marathon. Location was very convenient for start and finish line and easy access to Wharfside tram stop. Paid for a premier room, only bonus is a fridge. Blood stain on carpet, tv remote barely worked. No phone in room to call reception, tried number given online but it cut off 3 times. Went down and had to queue 40 mins as they only had one person on check in desk on marathon weekend! Only wanted to know what time breakfast started (no info in the room or given on check in) plus request a couple of extra pillows (which we never got by the way). Also requested a room clean which we didn’t get, so no fresh towels. Breakfast was ok

First time staying in this hotel , attending for the marathon, all the team were brilliant, and continued to be with a reception full of guests waiting for check in Debbie and Alex were amazing really friendly and helpful not only to me but yo l the other runners waiting to check in. The restaurant staff were in the ball, very attentive and friendly

Was staying at hotel as part of a business trip for couple of weeks hotel rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was great that you also had a hair dryer as saved me bringing one each week. Reception staff were always accommodating with any extra towels and tea and coffee for room. Loved the views in room if your into football there are views of the old Trafford stadium and also views of the river. Staff were fantastic, especially Alex who made you feel really special and welcome. Very relaxed atmosphere. Alex was always so kind in helping me with any queries or issues I may have had. This was great help when staying away from home on business. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Close amenities nearby and links nearby for trams to city centre.

Hotel overall is okay with good transport links into the city or Trafford centre. I am staying on business and Alex from day one stood out. He’s been so kind and helpful, nothing is a problem for him to help with. Whenever I’ve had a problem with my room he’s been on hand to get things sorted straight away. It’s also lovely to see the team make genuine connections with customers, which creates repeat custom.

We got back home today our 3 night stay was brilliant. sara was great with our kids they loved her thank u Sara for a great service the girls will miss u. Will be back again been here 3 times and love it everytime. Breakfast was brilliant had evening meal last night service was brilliant food was brilliant as well. Can't fault nothing Thank you for everything .

The room was a perfect size, the layout was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good quality for a hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The only complaint would be to get proper toilet rolls and not the sheets. This would have made my review 100%

A staff member called Shaan Bhatti that work in The Thyme Restaurant in Premier Inn hotel, Old Trafford in Manchester was the most hardworking staff I ever met. He is efficient, friendly and diligent. We have enjoyed the service he provided. Well done!

The restaurant staff & bar staff are excellent, service quick, and the food is cheap and cheerful. Marie is very accommodating for contractor's works really hard to ensure everything is okay. The location is excellent and walking distance to the football stadium.
