I reserved a room at this hotel because I was participating in a conference at the Mirail university campus, which is a 10 minute walk away. From this point of view, it was a good choice. It is also a 10 minute walk from the metro station, which is very convenient. But the hotel, like the campus itself, is not in a nice area. There are no shops or cafes in easy walking distance, and those that are in the areas are in areas that are not comfortable to walk around in. So every time that I wanted to go into town, I had to take the metro - which was fine, except that during the last two days of my stay, the metro was not working! The hotel itself is small, the rooms are simple but nice. The AC stopped working during my stay, and it took several hours until a technician arrive. Breakfast was very good, except, as in many places in Europe, no vegetables. The hotel restaurant also offers drinks, coffee and dinner. In general, The staff was very helpful, but with limited resources. For example, the rooms do not have mini-bars, but when I asked to put food in the kitchen refrigerator, they did so with no problem. I asked in advance for a kettle in my room and indeed it was there (and i was charged extra for it). When others asked for kettles, they were given them, but they were taken away the next day! In summary, nice, small, limited, friendly staff, not a great neighborhood.

Dans un environnement pas très glamour, mais pratique pour qui veut être à deux minutes de l'université Toulouse Jean-Jaurès et à cinq minutes du métro. Un Ibis au confort trois-étoiles standard avec un bon petit-déjeuner. Le rapport qualité-prix est très convenable.

J’ai eu l’occasion de passer une nuit dans l’hotel. La chambre était propre, le parking gratuit et fermé est un vrai plus au vue de l’environnement. Le plus de cet hotel est vraiment l’équipe sur place, j’ai été très bien accueilli. Le service de restauration a fait attention au fait que je mange sans gluten et des options sans gluten sont proposés au petit déjeuner sur demande.

Hôtel très bien pour le confort. L'accès est un peu délicat. J'ai raté l'entrée et j'ai du faire 7km pour revenir. C'est la proximité de la rocade qui fait que c'est un peu difficile. Pour le reste l'hôtel est agréable, les chambres confortables

Établissement standard. Ce qui fait la différence c'est la qualité de l’accueil. La propreté est aussi un élément important. Rien à dire pour mon séjour. Le restaurant est aussi intéressant pour la qualité des plats.

J’ai choisi cet hôtel idéalement en proximité du lieu où je venais travailler (déplacement professionnel ponctuel). Les stations de métro se trouvent néanmoins éloignées de cet hôtel (12 min de marche) - Bagatelle : il faut prendre le pont au-dessus de l’autoroute / Mirail : on longe un bâtiment désaffecté, aux vitres détruites et en partie brûlée. Manque de chance, la poignée de la porte de chambre qui m’attendait s’est bloquée à l’arrivée. On m’a conduit vers une autre chambre (côté numéro impairs). Quelle vue côté parking !! Le bâtiment à côté est dans un état glauque. Sûrement un ancien hôtel skaté, très dégradé. Le rideau était bizarrement presque fermé. Je ne l’ai pas ouvert ! Mais, personnel accueillant, disponible et soucieux des clients. Petit déjeuner très bien pourvu, même si l’appareil pour cuire les œufs mollets ne marchait pas bien : mon œuf n’était pas assez cuit ! Heureusement c’était une mission ponctuelle : une seule nuit mais pas davantage !
