Before booking the Toulouse Hotel, I arrived late at night, so the taxi transportation was ambiguous, so I called the hotel and asked, but the kindness of the staff was different from that of other hotels, so I made a reservation right away. Even after booking, when I asked a lot of questions, I answered very kindly, and this kindness melted all over the hotel, so it was a very satisfying stay. I recommend it!!

The Appart City Toulouse Purpan residence is located west of the city center of Toulouse on the outskirts. The residence is large and has many apartments. The apartment is air-conditioned and clean and modern is equipped with a kitchenette. The bed is comfortable. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The parking space is paying, 4€ during your stay, and is secure and under video surveillance. A small outdoor swimming pool to relax. The price of an apartment for 4 people is very attractive, it is advisable to make a reservation before your departure during the summer season because the residence is always displayed full.

Je commence en précisant que les photos sur internet sont tellement loin de la réalité. C'est mensonger! Je ne vous dis pas notre surprise en passant l'accueil ... Au delà de ça, j'avais fait une réservation avec une Wonderbox WE prestige en Europe a 299,90€ pour 2 nuits en chambre supérieure et 2 petits dej. Autant vous dire qu'une fois arrivée sur place, ça fait mal au cœur. C'est très cher payé. Le 1er soir on nous a mis au 4e étage sous les toits (accès ascenseur au 3e puis le reste par les escaliers) dans la chambre 41. On ne peut même pas se tourner a deux, ”déco” DIY ratée, manque un spot dans la salle de bain mal éclairée, finitions aléatoires...bref ça nous a fait l'effet d'une chambre de bonne. le matin réveillé a l'aube a cause de rideaux non occultant. Et je ne vous parle pas de la literie digne d'une Auberge de jeunesse. Notre literie Emma nous a manqué...rien ne va à part peut être la vue sur le pont neuf. Déçue de ne pas avoir pris de photo de ce placard a balai... Le soir on est rentrés tard (c'est ouvert 24/24) on s'est retrouvé coincés dehors dans le froid le temps que le responsable veuille bien se bouger. Le lendemain, on leur explique notre désarroi et notre souhait a changer de chambre. On se trouve face a une équipe agacée d'amateurs qui n'a pas le sens du service client... On nous donne une première clé, la n°21 qui est sans commune mesure bien supérieure à la première...puis oh tout compte fait ils se rendent compte qu'elle ”est déjà réservée” par des gens qui semblent aussi avoir réclamé cette chambre ... Donc on nous reprend le pain de la bouche puis on nous donne les clés de la n°31 (voir photo) qui est pas trop mal. Ça ne peut pas être pire que la première mais moins bien que la 21. Mais globalement, on se rend compte qu'au départ on a essayé de nous le faire à l'envers. J'exprime a nouveau mon incompréhension et tente de comprendre. Je me retrouve face a un agent d'accueil des plus mal polis qui me parle mal avec un language familier (on est dans un 4* en France je le rappelle) et qui n'en a absolument rien a faire en somme. Je suis dégoûtée! On fini le sejour la dessus... Sinon le petit dej est banal : œufs durs, charcuterie (qui a les bords séchés et qui prend l'air ça fait peur), céréales, jus, yaourts, cannelés, pain et de bonnes viennoiseries. L'état général de l'hôtel est vieillissant, les finitions laissent à désirer (peintures et papiers pains décollés et déco des couloirs en perdition) Je pense qu'on paye la localisation mais rien ne vas, absolument rien et même l'accueil ne rattrape pas cette mascarade. Fuyez!!

I was surprised how calm the hotel was in respect to it's situation. My room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only criticism is about the coffee machine. Great coffee but it takes an age to serve a small dose. Most people spend minutes in front of the machine to obtain a cup full ! Therefore there is often a queue to be served.

The staff is efficient and helpful, and especially a great 🙏🏼 thanks to Carlos who helped me in my search, in this beautiful city I'm learning to know. Breakfast buffet very convenient and 100% bio ! 👍👍 The only bemol the view...on the construction yard just in front of my window but fortunately the noise is camoufled by double glass 👍

The location is moderate, a short walk from the city center or the river bank, next to the university, and a playground. The pool looks great, but right next to the breakfast restaurant and there is an open-air bar in the evening, where swimming is a bit awkward. There is a great park outside the pool, and getting up early in the morning is great.

We stayed here for two nights whilst settling our daughter into Toulouse university. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location right in the main square of Toulouse. We were upgraded to a better room which was a lovely surprise. The room was beautiful and comfortable. My only slight criticism was that because its an old building the floor boards were quite creaky and we could hear the people in the room above walking about during the night - but maybe they were just very stomping guests . Highly recommend this charming hotel, thank you for looking after us so well.

We booked a duplex for 3 people for 2 nights in this facility*****t, being usually very happy When we arrive we are asked if we want to have breakfast Before our hesitation ( we had not decided whether we would take it on site or not), the receptionist puts pressure on us by saying that if we do not book, no breakfast the next day We therefore decide to book The next day, surprise, the receptionist had not provided the information, but this did not prevent us from taking breakfast (the buffet was well-food and this despite the lack of registration) With regard to the bathroom, no mouchoirs, The soap available at our arrival only allowed the taking of a shower (3 people on the booking), happy*****t that we had products in our toilet shops But where the service is below everything, the second night when we came home, still not soap or mouchoir I had to call the reception to get it, and the question of the person: ”Take breakfast tomorrow morning” Loyal to this establishment****t (4 stars) Whenever I go down to Toulouse, I really think about finding another solution
