The hotel Oasis is an excellent choice. Situated in a quiet area, just ten minutes walk to the beach, shops and bus station. On arrival the reception staff made us very welcome, explaining where to visit and providing us with a local map. During our stay, we found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The bar and pool area was a great place to chill out. We choose the half board option. Great breakfast from continental or full English, in my case both. The evening meal was a pleasure, from freshly cooked to help yourself from the buffet. So much choice and plenty of it. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A great find…five minutes from the pretty beach of Tossa Se Mar, which is overlooked by a stunning castle. The hotel is close to a supermarket, bars and restaurants and staff are friendly and knowledgeable; they advised us of the best way to visit Girona (a must-do) and what to do there. We paid a little extra for B&B and a room with a double balcony which was definitely worth it. The Lindor chocolates on arrival were most welcome, plus daily linen and towel change. We also appreciated the four bottles of water in our room each day. Beds were comfy and a good selection of outdoor furniture, too. Bathroom was huge and very modern with a double sink and fancy shower. Good options for breakfast (I’m vegetarian and enjoyed tomatoes on toast and pancakes) and the games room was a good option for the evening. We also took advantage of the tennis courts, although there is an additional charge of €15 for these. Rooftop pool area does tend to get busy but if you manage to get a subbed up there, you can enjoy the bar and views. Pool isn’t huge but the entertainment (we did waterpolo and aqua Zumba) is great. Location is just perfect. Everything you need is within a 10 minute walk and would recommend the glass bottom boat trip and a visit to Girona, which you can do via two very efficient buses from the nearby bus station. Airport transfer from Girona was smooth, too. Around 40 minutes in taxi (expect to pay up to €65).

Let's talk about the advantages first, and eat a lot around. In the last 2 days, I found out that going out is a children's paradise, and the children are crazy. The children's paradise goes to the opposite side of the beach and there is a local restaurant (garlic restaurant) that offers seafood platters and good value for money. Going to the beach for 10 minutes, the old street is also there. The hotel has a swimming pool, the water is too cold, and there is a heated pool, upstairs. The room feels like home, simple, if you don't ask for a night. The 5-year-old child was charged 6.04 euros a night for an extra bed and breakfast. Parking is a difficult point. We fell on Saturday afternoon and finally turned 3 laps to find a seat. Look at the next few days, unless you are very early or late, there is usually no parking. Breakfast is simple, bread, egg, cheese, ham, bacon, fruit and vegetable yoghurt, coffee tea, orange juice. There is no water or hot water in the room. Go to the supermarket and buy it, not far away.

I liked the hotel so much. I was so impressed because I didn´t expect anything but the hotel was really good! I had 3 nights and it was am amazing stay for me. I decided to spend my birthday in Tossa. The hotel provided (thank the boy at the reception; your care is appreciated a lot) a really good room with the a nice garden view. There is a big and beautiful magnolia grows there. The hotel gave me a birthday present. It was a small bottle of cava. Mmmm. THANKS a lot for attention. It was so nice from your side. The room was big with the perfect king size bed. I had a cleaning service everyday! Breakfast was so tasty and it was a right decision to included it in my stay. The hotel is clean everywhere. There are some paintings ang nice things hanging on walls. Also, there is a swimming pool on the 4th floor. I attach a photo. The atmosphere there is so relaxed. There is a bar there. You can spend some time in the pool taking sun baths, reading books with cocktails! I recommend this hotel for your stay! Don't forget to include breakfast :) Enjoy your stay as I did! My wife and I had some reservations about going to such a big family focused hotel complex as we usually stay in much smaller hotels. However the hotel had been recommended to us and on this experience we would certainly return. The hotel is just out of the centre and there are obviously children ( when we went, mostly very young children ) but we enjoyed the facilities, had no problem either with the children or the walks into the centre (which we did frequently). The room was very clean and comfortable (excellent beds) the range of food is considerable and the main lounge area is spacious. There is a separate lounge where the main entertainment takes place. There is a spa with pool and treatments and a small gym with good cardio equipment and a muti purpose cable machine. A free safe in the room as well as a kettle and coffee/tea (refilled daily) and free water with the evening meals, are useful additions. Drinks prices in the bar are reasonable. In addition staff are friendly and helpful. There are always things in any hotel that can be mentioned as negatives but in this case they would be of little significance and not worthy of mention. We had 2 excellent weeks and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

the location of hotel is the best , rooms with pool and sea view are well advised for great views. rooms are very nice , tea coffee free safe and the shower gels/shampoos are lovely , maid comes in every day and supplies fresh towels, breakfast is ok, had evening meal once , 4 courses 29 euro very good , there are steps at rear of hotel straight onto beach , need room key to get back in , there is a short hill to entrance at front but anyone with moderate fitness will be ok, plenty of sunbeds and the pool is lovely, staff are friendly , 10 minute walk into old town which is fantastic , would i return definitely

A bit old hotel The young lady at the front desk and the assistant brother on the first day were very polite. The older lady on the second day when checkingout every customer took more than 15 minutes, long queues, wasting time. Room facilities are a bit old, the hotel is small, up to Samsung level. Breakfast was shocked, nothing, there are a few slices of bread and orange juice. The advantage is that the location is excellent, will not come again in the future

So, this hotel is maintained immaculately. The staff are lovely. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the town centre and on a small beach (with lifeguards). Breakfast is excellent, with a chef preparing fresh eggs and bacon or omelette. The only issue I would have is with the half board evening meal. It is a bit hit and miss. It is something of a lottery cimparing the menu with what actually turns up. For example, cod with black rice that had no rice and a chocolate pudding which eas turkish delight. Having said this, the additional cost of half board is modest. We just ate out a few nights. A special mention to the delightful lady cleaning rooms in floor 2. She eas lovely. Overall a great place.

Oh all you haters, I was so nervous having read all the reviews, but honestly only arrived yesterday 25/07 and couldn't be more impressed. Staff are amazingly helpful I have certain medical requirements and they were really helpful and flexible to ensure I was okay and my needs were met. Food is amazing. Bar staff so friendly. Reception staff so helpful and polite. Just incredible. 5 Star staff.
