Facilities were not good. Shower had a 10 second timers on them, the toilets had no bidet or heated seats, the towels couldn't even cover my torso. The beds were ok, but below par. The service was fine, besides when trying to check-in. I had booked for 3 people, but when we arrived the concierge told me i had only booked for 2. After i showed him the confirmation email sent to me, he still wouldn't let us stay with three people. This was not the problem in itself, we were willing to pay for another guest as these things can happen with online bookings. However the concierge was rude and wouldn't try to understand or help us. He insisted that his english was good enough to understand us when i tried to translate the message we were trying to convey, he wasn't willing to read it or translate his Japanese, so we could understand him. After an hour of back and forth the problem was finally solved when he read the translation i handed him, stating that we would be ok to pay more, even though i paid for a booking of 3 people already.

我是獨自旅行住10天都在這間旅館,如果有嚴重潔癖真的不太適合,床墊下方有小發霉但是上方會有一層床墊套加上床單其實蠻乾淨的其他部分都很讚，會給吹風機跟毛巾，沒有門禁,退房也只需要把鑰匙放在key box不用其他手續 短期住 我一定推爆真的很舒服而且地鐵又進也有超商

房間很乾凈，沒有異味。但是隻有四點以後才能入住。早到沒有人，早上十點左右前台也有人，可以辦理入住，但是不能住進去，衹能12點以後才能進到房間。晚上十點以後前台就沒有人了，進出需要帶好酒店的鑰匙。但是價格確實親民，雖然房間不大，但是很乾凈。原則上，一個房間衹能入住一人，如果不介意是可以住下兩個人。酒店在人數上的管理是不太嚴格的。而且，雖然沒有獨立衞生間，但是公共浴室都是獨立的單間，很乾凈，而且不限時間，很方便。

В целом все очень хорошо, по сути только 2 небольших минуса . Очень поздний заезд . С 16:00 , получается ты платишь не за одни сутки , а за половину . Ну и хотелось бы чайник на этаж хотя бы, или кулер . Один стакан в номер.

Такого маленького номера я ещё не видела) 5 квадратных метров на двоих - два чемодана разложить было невозможно - мы играли в тетрис - то передвинем холодильник, то уберем футон с пола, чтобы одеться) но не скажу, что это прям критично - это японская реальность. А в целом везде было чисто, за доп плату возможно воспользоваться стиральной машиной. Стены очень тоненькие, слышно было, как все разговаривают в коридоре.
