"Really nice hotel. Service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always polite and helpful. The lobby offers plenty of complimentary hygiene items—toothbrushes, combs, cream, hair ties, and more—which is a great touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s Japanese-sized but well-designed and has everything you need, including a sleeping gown. They also use an eco-friendly cleaning system: full room cleaning every three days, with fresh towels left at your door daily. Our bathroom did have a slight humidity odour, and the sink showed some signs of age, but overall it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect the stay. Location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro, with many restaurants and convenience stores close by. Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend and would stay again."

"Very good location. Just about 5 mins walk to Sensoji temple. And also closed to train station and Asakusa port. We took cruise from Asakusa port to Odaiba. The port it's just nearby Sumida river information center. There's also Uniqlo Store about 650m from hotel."

"The room was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The bed, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable. Almost all the necessary personal items were provided. There was no drinking water in the room, however, there is a supermarket and convenience store near the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is very close to the train station, but the room was not noisy, which is great. This would be the hotel I would like to stay at again on my next visit."

"We have got stayed in Shinagawa Prince Hotel Annex this time. Have good size room , have good layout. Very easy and convenient for transportation, as the Shinagawa JR Shinkansen Station just in front of the hotel. Many foods around , department store , tokyo hotel tap water safe to drink. Easy access to Shibuya,Shinjuku, Tokyo Staton for Yamanote Line. Very easy transportation from and to Haneda Airport using Keikyu Line. Will come back again."
