The hotel is closely located to Akabane JR station, which can provide quick, cheap and convenient transfers to local points of interest like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and more. Akabane itself is quite nice and has a shopping mall with chain retailers, plenty of convenience stores and places to eat/drink.
The room was slightly larger than the APA hotel we stayed in after this one. Rooms this size are typical for Tokyo so this is to be expected. There is about enough room to store two large luggage’s, two smaller luggage’s and to open one luggage at a time. One thing to note is the bathrooms can be a challenge for taller people like me, try not to bang your head!
Our booking included breakfast, which was nice. There is a choice of Japanese and western option and drinks are self serve. We tried both and preferred the Japanese option. We didn’t have breakfast every day though as we were quite busy.
Luggage can be stored for free before check in and/or after check out. Overall very happy with the stay here. While I don’t have any room pictures, I’ve posted a picture of the view from the room we had with a really nice sunset.
