The location is great. There is a popular Starbucks designed by Kengo Kuma at the door. There are few people in the morning and you don't have to queue. It is very convenient to visit Nakameguro Daikanyama. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk there. The comfort level is very high. The subway station takes more than ten minutes to get there, which is also acceptable. There is a bus stop to Shibuya a few steps away from the hotel. You can take buses 43, 33, and 31. The airport bus station is next to the Shibuya terminal. So it is recommended to take the bus to Kankari Elementary School Station in Shibuya for luggage, which is more convenient and saves a lot of walking. The hotel room is relatively small and comfortable for one person. The surface of the room is clean, but there is a lot of dust in the corners. The hotel hot spring only has female hot springs on Saturday and Sunday evenings, and male hot springs at other times. The free coffee machine and free popsicles on the first floor are still very considerate.

We stayed after a big party on Saturday and we had just enough energy to walk down to this hotel from Ginza(30min). As soon as we got to our room, we went to bed. The room is just enough for two guest and nothing special. Some hotels in Tokyo are providing a common bath recently and this is the case in this hotel. The size is not so big but small. it is great feeling to start a new day from bath! And next let have a famous breakfast. I had seen some photos, beautiful breakfast with lots of choices, even Ikura-don, which I didnt believe and I thought it is advertising only. However, the hotel provide that break fast and even better one. We were there for actually almost one hour and we made ourself really full (and no need to have a lunch on that day). A good thing is they provide small portions with various selections. The cost is little bit expensive (15,000 JPY) compared to the other business hotel. But it definitely worth it. A bit disappointed with this hotel. Might be from my misunderstanding of the style of room? Not sure. The room was larger than others but laid out in a way that it felt very cramped, and we were tripping over our luggage. The mattress was hard and springy (could feel the springs popping when we moved) and the pillows were very flat. The hotel advertises a “private onsen” meaning you can only use it if booked in the hotel, but no where does it say “no tattoos” until you are checked in. I should have confirmed, but trusted the listing on Trip, because so many other hotels specify no tattoos on their listings. I just assumed no warning against it meant tattoos were okay, but I was wrong. Some extra amenities that were nice were the free late night ramen and ice cream, the manga library (all in Japanese though), and the free washing machine (must pay for drying). The location can’t be beat, it’s very close to a metro stop and Akihabara Electric Town. Despite this, I probably would not stay here again.

Picked this because of the location and accessible to onsen. Highly recommended if you want to have relaxing hotspring experience after crazy shopping days. Many food and drinks around the hotel. The only thing is the room is super small.

The dormy inn in Kanda is exceptional. It was clean and as with all dormy inns has exceptional perks such as an onsen visit, free snacks including soba in the evenings and ice cream or probiotic after visiting the onsen. They also happily held my bags after checkout for a few hours
