The hotel is very neatly maintained, breakfast buffet is elaborate and very tasty. Their Arabian grape juice was yummy. The housekeeping staff is very good, they are very responsive. I tried a few food items from the hotel they were very good too. Another advantage to this hotel is that it has the famous A2B in the ground floor, so you can enjoy great food without stepping out of the hotel. The hotel is at a walkable distance from Kapila teertham and closer to the Alipiri circle. I used their travel desk to go to Kalahasti, the driver and car were very good though it was a bit expensive. You can book Uber to travel to Tirumala and other local site seeing. The staff at the reception and dining area are not very communicative, they only respond to a question if you ask them. A bit more polish and proactiveness could make the experience great. I am in no way saying their service was bad, but these are minute areas that need improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Ekante Bliss in Feb 2024. The attention to detail was excellent - from making our checkin a special experience (think signature Taj welcome) to the concierge (for all the travel and food needs) and the final checkout process (including drop off at the airport). This was all possible due to a fantastic team, special mention to the front office ***ager Mr. Vinoth for making our stay special. We were one of the first families to visit after a change in ***agement to IHCL SeleQtions, and it stood up every bit to the high expectations of a luxury hotel chain. Recommend strongly.

Amazing hotel, with very decent team members - Ms ***atri is very helpful and gave me all the required information which made my trip/Tirupati Darshan easier. Food at the restaurant was tooo yummm ... The chef who made soup for me was amazing, hence I ordered twice... All the service staff at the restaurant were very attentive and proactive... I think it is a very convenient location for transportation. The hotel was kind and I had a good rest. The room was large enough. This is a hotel I definitely want to stay next time.
